Came out with group of friends, because they choose this place. street parking, this place is a little dirty. They are a little busy. This place need a renovation. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, the first bite is was amazing, just loaded with flavor. when you do get towards the crust, it is dry and has a chalky/dry taste to it, your gonna have to build up your saliva to chew this, lol. The pizza actually tasted better when it was cold. If you are a person who likes to drink and eat pizza. This is your place. «They don’t sell alcohol here» But to be honest I would eat here again,

BP brought be here because he used to come to Parma for lunch and dinner weekly when at school in the area. He stated since his last visit, the booths and tables have been updated and the restaurant now sells ice cream and milkshakes. I also read they deliver the cold treats as well. I knew I immediately I needed the garlic roll. The sheer size of it drew me in before the scent of garlic, butter, and parsley did. We also decided to share the buffalo chicken stuffed pizza. Take a look at the pictures! This slice is a true work of art! We ended up taking about ¼ of the pizza to-go since we could not finish it and how after already consuming most of the pizza, I felt the blue cheese on the slice was a bit overwhelming. We ended up finishing the left overs about an hour and a half later and I loved the blue cheese this time around. I can’t wait to go back!

I ordered two subs from the Haines Road location yesterday. The cheesesteak had no flavor and the roll was so soggy it fell apart. The tuna sub was inedible and had to be thrown away. There was so much pepper in the tuna mix itself neither myself nor my friend could eat it without gagging. They also dumped a bunch of pepper on top of the lettuce. Our food was honestly disgusting and a total waste of money.

Used to order from Parma once a week. The customer service and delivery became so horrible, we stopped ordering from them. If you would like to order food and wait for over an hour, order from Parma in Manchester, PA.

Went there on Monday night for the first time because I found an online deal. They had all you can eat wings and pizza. The price on the sign outside, as you walk in, says $ 7.99. I realized after we left that they charged us $ 8.99. Pay attention! Wings are deep fried and a sauce of your choice is squirted over it. Not very good at all. The cheese pizza was just okay. I wouldn’t go back.

Has a great Wednesday special. Starting at 5 pm, their large cheese pizzas are priced according to time you order. You order one large at 5:05 and the price is $ 5.05. They have great speciality pizzas as well.

As far as price, value and quality go, you simply CAN’T BEAT Parma Pizza! Their everyday buffet is THEBEST pizza buffet you’ll find. These guys aren’t cranking out mass produced cookie cutter pies like all the other pizza joints. We’re talking hand crafted quality stuff with fresh and flavorful ingredients! Monday nights are All-You-Can-Eat wing nights and they have enough flavors to satisfy just about everyone! One slice of their stuffed pizza is a whole meal in itself! The next time you want pizza, PLEASE give these guys a try. Absolutely delightful!

I go to the Haines road location frequently and they are always extremely speedy, nice, and the food is great! Ice never had a bad experience at any Parma and I’ve gone to the Lancaster locations as well.

Here’s what a food delivery experience should be: I look at the menu and call the number. Someone takes my order, thanks me for placing it, and tells me how soon I can expect my food. Within 30 – 45 minutes my piping hot food arrives, I tip the driver generously, and I enjoy my delicious meal. Now, here is the Parma experience, as I found out the other night. My wife called to place an order. She had to repeat everything at least twice because the phone was located near a loud fan. Great way to start, irritate the customer by making them repeat themselves more than a computer user talking to Bangalore. In spite of this, she patiently ordered a pizza and was told it would arrive in 40 minutes. Forty-five hungry minutes later, the phone rings. It’s the delivery driver calling for directions. Hello! Has anyone heard of Mapquest, Google Maps, GPS, or even an atlas? Not only that, but he’s calling on the worlds worst cell phone and can barely speak English. I tell him which way to turn at the closest cross-street and the major business that is located very close to my house. I assure my increasingly irritated wife that we will be eating soon. Fifteen minutes later, the phone rings again. Mr. Directionally Challenged still can’t find the street. He turned the wrong way. He accuses me of giving him bad directions to my house. Well, the management at Parma should certainly fire *me*, huh? I remind him of the easy to locate business nearby. He again says he will be there soon. Meanwhile, my wife’s patience are at an end. She reminds me that there is no way the pizza will be hot by the time Wrong Way Willie finally finds us. I call the store and tell the manager(or a person claiming to be the manager) that I no longer intend to do business with them and do not want the pizza. He says«okay» like I’ve just said I didn’t want fries with my burger. A few minutes later, Lost Louie arrived with my medium extra cold pizza and tried to talk me into taking it. I refused and sent him on his way. I wonder if he had to call the number on the pizza box for directions back to the store.
