Nice place to stop for breakfast or lunch, but a little pricey for what it is. Tried to arrange catering once and owner was unresponsive, told me she was busy and would get back to me soon and never did.

A really nice option, between York and Ogunquit. Delicious breakfasts!

Nancy’s is conveniently located on the beautiful Route 1, which runs along the Maine coastline. The staff here is very friendly. They have cold cases with food and drinks to-​go, as well as some baked goods for sale. The breakfast here was delicious and the portions made up for the cost. Some dishes they offer are omelettes (many options), french toast, and eggs benedict (4 – 5 options). The atmosphere is easygoing and there are many seating options, including a breakfast bar. The bathrooms are updated and clean. I would definitely return here on my next trip to Maine.

Where do I start! We just stumble by Nancy’s looking for a coffee before drove home. We ordered coffee, croissants, & I could tell ordering lunches to go for the road was the way to go. Everything was excellent– service too

This is easily the best breakfast I’ve ever had in Ogunquit (although I guess they’re technically in York), and quite possibly the best breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. My husband and I both went for the croissant breakfast plate with sausage. It was so fresh and beautiful, I really don’t know how they do it! Someone across from me had the scramble with mushrooms, broccoli, and cheese, which I’ll definitely go for next time. I can’t rave enough about this place — just go.

Nancy’s Café in York Maine is the absolute best breakfast place for miles around! The atmosphere is casual and comfortable whether you are there alone and sitting at the counter or seated with a group. The egg scramble with ham and onion is great. But the croissant open faced sandwich with egg, meat and cheese can not be beat anywhere. And Nancy is very friendly and accomdating every day. I would and have suggested this establishment any chance I can.

I ate breakfast and lunch here during a recent camping trip to York. The prices were cheaper than other similar restaurants, the quality of the food was genuinely homemade and excellent, and the service I experienced was warm and responsive. I used the free wifi while I was there. A very good value.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Great coffee, wonderful service and excellent food. I had an omelet with broccoli, cheese, spinach, onions… delicious! DH had omelet with corn beef hash, potatoes, cheese and said it was delicious too… definately will come here again… They serve lunch too!

Well crafted breakfast food with local flair. My blueberry pancakes we good and the ice coffee was yummy. Downside is that my family only got one slice of toast with a two egg breakfast. The baked goods that were sold at the counter looked amazing. Wanted to try a raspberry scone and save for later but decided to wait for another time. Overall good.

My wife and I were in the York/​Ogunquit area yesterday to do some shopping on Small Business Saturday. A friend who runs a small business in Cape Neddick suggested we stop in at Nancy’s for lunch. Boy, are we glad we did!
This place has been open since May and has built its clientele mainly through word-​of-​mouth. It’s open for breakfast and lunch only and has a catering and takeout business in addition to the dining establishment. We got there about 1pm to find a bustling takeout business but only one occupied table. We were seated promptly and warmly, and water (as well as the ubiquitous coffee for me) came quickly.
The menu featured a variety of sandwiches, salads, and soups/​chowder, along with several entrees. My wife ordered vegetarian lasagna, which came with fresh whole wheat bread and a large and perfectly fresh side salad. I ordered a roast beef Reuben. Both were excellent. For dessert my wife ordered a raspberry oatie with vanilla ice cream. Absolutely to die for!
We enjoyed our meal so much we spent about $ 80 more on frozen meals and a variety of baked goods… including several more oaties! Everything we have tried so far has been fabulous. As we were checking out, our waitress Cindy introduced us to the whole staff. You can tell that these people really care about their work and the food they put out.
Needless to say, we have found a new favorite lunch spot when we are in the area.

Nancy’s Café & Catering is a casual breakfast and lunch eatery and bakery located along US 1 in Cape Neddick. Upon entering the establishment through the bakery area, you can smell the aromas of fresh baked pies, scones, quiches, and other bakery items. They offer the full breakfast and lunch menus for takeout or full service dining in the adjacent room, which has table seating and artwork on the walls.
The breakfast offerings include egg dishes, omelettes, pancakes, French toast, croissants, rostis (grated potato dishes), hash, and sides. The lunch offerings include salads, homemade soups, sandwiches, wraps, cheese board, rosti, nachos, and comfort dishes (quiche of the day, chicken pot pie, mac & cheese, meat loaf, veg lasagna).
I stopped here for lunch recently. I ordered the Quiche of the Day ($ 9.95) which was a Quiche Lorraine, served with a side of New England Clam Chowder (add $ 2). The chowder had a not so thick creamy broth and had plenty of tender clams and potatoes, good flavors, not too rich. The slice of Quiche with fresh spinach and tomato slices was also enjoyable and savory. The Quiche had a mix of cheeses, ham & vegetable and soft eggs, in a soft crust.
Overall, lunch was very good and the service here was prompt.
