I’m not sure if this is a real company or not. I ordered parts. They didn’t arrive on time. I emailed and called and never got a straight answer. You can’t get someone to pick up the phone. The emails back were straight up lies («your part has shipped»). The guy running this site doesn’t mill the parts (I think it does say this on the site). So he has to chase down orders from third parties. This requires a lot of professional process that isn’t yet in place. Lowes and HomeDepot have this type of transaction down, yet not perfect.
I asked for a refund and I did get it, which is the only thing that went right with this transaction. If my part really did ship, I would have received it along with a tracking number and would have been denied a refund.
I ended up buying the part cheaper and more reliably at Lowes.
