McDonald’s

Let me start by saying I Love McDonalds and fully understand the purpose and function of a fast food joint.
We came here while on a road trip and just needed to get a quick bite to eat. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even come to the register to take my order. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and a large fry to split with my wife and toddler.
It took 25 minutes for us to have our number called. I had to check twice to ask what was going on. They kept saying the nuggets were taking a while. However they gave nuggets to several people in front of me in smaller quantities so that didn’t make sense.
Once we got our food i went to get a napkin and a straw for my water and they were out of both. I then waited for a while before someone came back to the register so I could ask for them. The lady was impolite and just rolled her eyes. While I was standing there the guy running the drive thru was joking to another employee about how he screwed up the last 5 drive through orders and didn’t give them their fries and said he didn’t care.
I have never been to a more disgusting, unprofessional McDonalds and next time will go to the Arby’s. Next door.

McDonald’s. Not exciting, right? But this one is terrific! Stopped here on a cross-​country road trip, expecting more fast-​food monotony, and was pleasantly surprised. The fries were perfectly crispy-​on-​the-​outside, tender-​on-​the-​inside. The chicken sandwich seemed fresher than average. The bathrooms were sparkling. The woman who took our order was as friendly and well-​spoken as can be. The parking lot was trash-​free. McDonalds utopia in the middle of Nebraska. Who knew!

Literally the worst run McDonalds there is. We asked for a number 2 with ketchup only. I first had to remind them about our order and then 3 tries later they got it right. The kid who took are order looked like death standing. Ronald McDonald himself wouldn’t eat here.

Friendly atmosphere, clean and modern looking on the inside. Quick service just as fast food should be right? They’re doing great work here.
