Bought the first mattress there and decided after the 90 day in home trial that we didn’t like the mattress. They charged $ 275 for restock, no problem, that was in the contract. We went to the store to select another mattress, the manager helped us. He was rude, pushy, and condescending. After selecting the mattress, I looked at other locations after to see if I truly got a good deal. Everywhere else i looked the mattress was $ 557 less expensive. I called the store and was told they would have to call district. Then was told there was nothing they could do on the price because it was an exchange. because it was an exchange, I could not get my full money back to go elsewhere. They are so shady and rude. Additionally, bed was supposed to be delivered on Saturday between 8 and noon on Saturday. Come noon, I never heard anything. Called the store, they said they would call me back. They said the truck had broken down and we would have to reschedule. Seriously, you only have one truck and why didn’t anyone call? Worst customer service and sales people. I will never go back and will make sure everyone I know hears about how terrible the experience was.
