Got the King Of Diamonds retro pinball game and it is everything they said it would be. Great playing and cool looking game at an awesome price. Gene was wonderful to work with.
But it’s their service that really shines. They kept my game safe in storage for over 8 months until I was ready to take delivery. When I said go, they personally trucked in my game from Pennsylvania to the Chicagoland area with friendly TLC set-​up.
I had a flipper bumper band snap over the weekend so I called them, spoke with Jay, and he hooked me up with a pair of new ones ASAP. He dropped them in the mail within an hour free of charge. Now that’s rock star customer service!
