This place BLOWS! This is a KFC/​LJS and it is truly terrible! Last meal here was a LJS Fish/​Chicken/​Shrimp combo, fish was cold, chicken tough as hell and the shrimp was very overcooked and greasy. Called the 800 # on the back of the receipt, they were less than helpful and a call to the store was not returned. On the plus side, the Cole slaw was good and they put ketchup in the bag, but forgot the fries. If you want decent food go across the street to Royal Farms, they have decent Chicken and they don’t forget your fries. If I were allowed to rate this place the way I wanted to it would be in negative stars. This place is BAD BAD BAD!!!

I continue getting food from the Long John Silver part of the restaurant because I like their fish. I now have the option to get any replacement side dish in place of their fries but they now have better ones. In the last several months they have: given me the wrong meal (chicken instead of fish), filled my food container with pieces of fried fish coating (several times until my complaints were addressed), under cooked my fish (twice), burned my fish (how did they do that?) and the one time I decide to get their fries they were just about raw (it’s really weird eating crunchy fries like raw potatos)! After the last screwup I wondered if I’m a jinx or something. Do these things happen only to me or do other people get ripped off, too?
