Round table oh round table you keep me coming back. I absolutely feel that this is gods gift to earth! Love the wings but the pizza way more. I hope to someday bring my grand children here mind you I don’t even have children get. Prosperity and wealth I wish upon this place. Great business

Was denied to sit with co workers because I had outside lunch. Pretty embarrysing, and rude. Especially kuz I’ve been to the round table numerous times. Needless to say never coming back nor my co workers.

We ordered Round Table last night for dinner online, it showed up 90+ minutes later, cold, soggy and not correct. We called twice and the lady answering the phone was of zero help. Never again.

The food is really good but the service is always TERRIBLE! EVERY ORDER I have placed in the past year was messed up and the staff could care less. I stopped ordering from them because I was tired of not getting what I order. Even though it was the same thing. Tonight I ordered (online) a King Arthur Supreme with Seafood — with shrimp and no anchovies. I have my credit card to pay for my order. 30 minutes later I start receiving text messages that they were running the same amount again on another credit card from my online account — not the card I gave. I called to find out what they were doing. The woman put me on hold. While I’m holding they run it again! I stayed on hold 3 more minutes and I had to hang up and call back to make then stop. The sane woman answers again and I tell her I can’t go on hold again because they keep running my card! She apologizes and tells me the driver is the one who keeps running my card even though my order is paid for! Then the pizza shows up — no shrimp on my pizza. I call back again to find out they don’t even sell shrimp and just sent it. Now I’m really upset and telling the man on the phone and he says nothing at all. I just hung up. I am so done with them. Last thing I need after a hectic week is utter disregard from a pizza place.

Just had dinner waiting for the Tim Tebow speaker at friends church. Not busy but they don’t have a handle on bringing the pizza in timely manner for our group. Waiting a long while for one of the specialty pizza. Then we asked about it and our server pretty much dropped it on the corner of our table with attitude. No sorry for the wait, anything else I can get. Just walked away without a peep. Need to work on costumer service.

Came in for the lunch buffet. The price of the buffet has really climbed over the last 6 months, thanks minimum wage… There is a good variety of pizza that keeps coming out of the kitchen to re-​supply the buffet. The salad section is basic, at best. A very pedestrian salad selection. The staff seems pretty focused on prep and baking pizza. No one working can be described as ‘friendly.’ The restroom is ‘ok’, don’t look to close at detail cleanliness.

Extremely poor customer service! We ordered our pizza for dine in and have sat here for an hour before we got two personal size pizzas. The older lady is yelling at the rest of the staff and the young girl was very rude and didn’t even put my order in correctly into the computer. I feel bad for the rest of the staff. But never coming to this round table pizza location ever again. Oh ya and we were the only people dining in. Not like they were busy at all. They need to hire new staff ASAP or just close this place down.

called in our order and we left 15 minutes after we called. still waiting here 20 minutes later and I’m not happy. also I can here the lady in the back yelling at the workers so o feel for them but still shouldn’t take this long. and I went up and asked them the status on my pizza and it’s been ready they just didn’t call my name. not coming here again

One of the better tasting pizzas in the area. I should preface this by saying I almost always get my food to go so my experience with customer service is slightly limited. I have not, after well over ten years experienced anything but better than adequate customer service. And if it wasn’t optimal, who the hell cares?! The pizza here is too good to give a shit! The veggie pizza is AMAZING. Any place that puts all the regular veggies plus artichokes and zucchini on top of alfredo sauce gets an A+ in my book. And those garlic bread sticks can be pretty life changing. My only issue here is the PRICE. Round Table can be a little pricey when compared to their local competitors. However, when I need a truly delicious pizza (veggie is the best here) I never look further than Round Table. Honestly, Lamppost is the only other comparable place in the immediate area.
And to the people complaining about Wi-​Fi and A. C…shut up and eat. If that’s why you’re giving this place one star then you deserve the rest.

Came in on a Thursday at 6pm… The cashier was falling asleep, she had no customer service, and was a very rude littl girl who was falling asleep.

No WiFi… I’m not happy right now. I walked in and it was completely empty. I hope the pizza tastes good. I’ll let you know.

We walked in and no one was in the place… Kinda weird… But we ordered and the kids played. Food came out in a timely manner. Place was clean. Not very many games in the «game room» but kids still had fun. Over all good place, would be back if we come to yorba Linda again.

Liked Round Table until I ran into this one!!! Dirty, restrooms a dated mess, pizza soso, too cheap to turn up the AC so be ready to sweat… Stay away.

I’m a big Round Tables Pizza fan… big fan. It pains me to say this franchise is the worst. I live 1.5 miles from this local, but would rather drive to the one in Fullerton. The last time I ordered from this location, they had me on hold for 5 minutes and was unapologetic when I called them out. Additionally, the pizza was not good at all. What a shame. :-(

Worse customer service ever! I had to repeat my street name three times… even though I was spelling it out each time!!! Had to repeat my phone number three times and yet when I called to check on my delivery after an hour, the number they had for me was not even close! Never again!

Not impressed with Round Table. Today I offered to buy pizza for my staff. I ordered 3 large pizzas. $ 70 worth of pizza. I opted to pick them up. When I arrived the pizza was ready for pick up. Great, here’s my ATM. I provided my card and after sliding my card through the terminal she proceeded to tell me that the machine was down. She tried again. Same story. She stated that I could wait until the machine came back up. Did she not known that I my team was waiting for pizza to start their lunch, or the fact that the pizza was getting cold? No. So I offered to use my gas and drive up the street to use an ATM. I removed cash to pay her. Meanwhile I checked via my iPhone that the original card swipe had taken and the $ 70 was deducted from my checking account. I informed the associate and she stated that I was incorrect, that the credit card swipe did not deduct. I showed her my online banking. There it was, round table almost $ 70 processing. She stated that it didn’t fully process (even though my checking balance deducted) and that it would fall off my account. At this point I was fed up and my 10+ person team was awaiting my return with pizza so they could start lunch. I paid her cash, even though I already paid with my ATM. So I basically paid $ 140 for three lousy pizzas. My time at that point was more worthwhile. I will check my account tomorrow to ensure her information was correct. I have advice for this establishment; 1) fix your credit machine. 2) don’t make your customers wait. 3) if you have proof that the charge processed (like myself showing your clerk on my online banking) you shouldn’t charge again in cash. It’s your fault at this point. I should have the pizza for my card swipe. Time is valuable. You charged me more than money, you charged me time and gas to go to an ATM. Will I be returning to Round Table in Yorba Linda? No thank you. One visit was enough. I will be disputing any double charge too. :(

Good pizza clean store great manager

I’ve always been a big fan of Round Table. Their pizza is delicious and I absolutely love their garlic twists.
Recently, I discovered their freaking-​awesome-​steal-​of-​a-​deal lunch buffet. Let me tell you, my life will NEVER be the same.
For just $ 6.99, you get unlimited garlic twists, an all-​you-​can-​eat salad bar, free refills on fountain drinks, and an abundance of pizza. But get this — you can ask them to make ANY pizza you want. Yup, even the specialty ones! So that garlic and chicken pizza you want? No problem. That delicious veggie or King Arthur’s supreme? Again, no problem. The staff here is so friendly and they are happy to make fresh garlic twists or pizza whenever you want.
Oh btw, this location also offers the same buffet deal on Tuesday nights for dinner. Naturally, I’ve been here for both the lunch and dinner buffets already. What can I say? This is too good of a deal to pass up!
Plus, they have a bunch of fun old school arcade games you can play afterward to burn off some of that yummy pizza goodness.

Pretty good pizza. This RT is a bit more greasy spoon on the inside. They have a good selection of specialties but the prices are fairly high for the quality. It’s the «Pioneer Chicken» of pizza in SoCal
This is a good budget place to take the team after a win.
