I had a wonderful experience with Julie. She is very professional and nonjudgmental. I brought in two years of tax «stuff» and multiple issues including Identity Fraud.
Julie took the time to go through all the different aspects of my taxes giving me options and understanding of my own unique tax situation. Even though i was behind, she was very efficient and on top of everything. I was impressed with her knowledge of my tax situation and her ability to go back a few years making sure my numbers were correct. Again she took the time to explain everything to me and make me feel very comfortable.
