Situated conveniently off the 91 fwy in Yorba Linda, is not a tourist destination. Rather, it’s functional, and that’s how I would describe this hotel, functional. Best for: a late night rest on a long drive, or in town for a night or two on business. It’s for M-F worker-bees on business, and is no way great for families or hot dates. They do, however, have a small pool and a BBQ, if you are so inclined to cook up a hot dog or two. Standard book rate of the hotel is about $ 119/night. That includes a very basic morning buffet, and a 5p-7p happy hour with domestic beer, chex mix, and made-from-frozen BBQ meatballs. Not memorable at all, at least, not in a positive way but the gesture is very nice. The rooms are old fashioned, but very clean. Each room is a large suite, with sofa, TV, microwave, and fridge. Again, very functional. A nice touch is the art along the hallway walls. Every 8 feet or so, classic artwork from the renaissance period with ornate frames. Not necessary at all for this type of hotel with mostly grizzly men, but very appreciated by me(who is not so grizzly at all).

Our very first experience with Ayres Hotels was in this location. We immediately love this hotel and planned to stay here every time we are in town. We’re also considering to stay at their other locations in the future because we were so happy with the accommodations and customer service we received. This particular location is an all suite hotel and rooms are big! Our stay included a buffet breakfast. And they have a great selection of good and filling breakfast. Location is also great. There are restaurants nearby. We actually walked to Olive Garden close by for dinner one night. We are happy with the service and accommodations. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town. And considering to stay at their other locations in the future!

Appearances are deceiving, looks like a great hotel, but I found a list of things that are dirty including the toilet bowl. So not happy or satisfied, this within the first 10 minutes of checking in right now. I wonder if they changed the bed sheets…

Finally, a great place with very decent prices ;thru orbitz). Of course, the hotel is not in a major pricey tourists area but it is close to same. Rooms are gorgeous, plenty of parking and good breakfast. Other joints should use this as an example Of. cost thru orbitz for two was $ 138 per night. Many restaurants nearby. stay here!
