Because the dentist and the hygienists were so nice, I was reluctant to write this review.
This was a terrible experience. Please don’t go here. Here are the things that went poorly:
— The receptionist was so rude.
— It was the most painful cleaning I’ve ever had.
— The morning after my painful cleaning, part of my enamel broke off my tooth. I’m guessing this was not a coincidence.
— When I returned for my 10am appt to have a new filling to cover up where my enamel broke off, the receptionist told me the dentist had an emergency and wouldn’t be in until 11:30. So I made another appt to come back at 1:30. When I came back, I had to wait over an hour to see the dentist. In my opinion, they shouldn’t have made me wait like that since I came back a second time that day because of their scheduling problem.
— I had to get a couple of other fillings, and they are the ugliest and sloppiest fillings I have ever gotten.

I really like this place, and I hate the dentist so that is saying something. We have come here the past few years, and the dentist– I am not sure of her name– has always been very nice. The hygienists are also very friendly, and make me feel comfortable while I am there getting x-​rays and cleanings. The Doctor takes her time, and even listening her with other clients, she is very kind and patient. The front desk could be a bit friendlier, but it seemed the past time she had her hands full with the phone and calling in insurances. Overall, we really enjoy coming here!

I was there in late December, everything went well. Upon exiting, I made an appointment for late March. The receptionist gave me my appointment card as I requested, yet the appointment was placed for late April. Today, I had asked the receptionist for a late June appointment and she gave me an early July appointment. That will screw me up with my insurance, cause they’ll pay for July but they will not pay for late December to come. The dentists are fine, and so are their assistants, but not their receptionists.
