Beware of this T-Mobile. I went there to make my payment like I always do and I went up to the desk where they were two associates, a guy and a girl. The girl gave me so much attitude and made my transaction so hard I was ready to just walk out the door. I asked the guy a question and she answered(as if I was talking to her) also didn’t pull information I requested from my account. I know is a Sunday and people don’t wanna work specially when is nice out but where is the customer service skills? Definitely not here, go somewhere else.

I was referred to this T-Mobile office through a friend. This has been one of the best referrals I’ve been provided in years. I am disabled and I was immediately taken care of by Mr. Javone Cardona. I was impressed by the attention, professionalism and courtesy, not only from him personally, but from the entire staff. Jovan listened to my needs and concerns, and explained everything to the last detail. I could feel his genuine patience and concern while conversing with him. The store is impeccable and there are always repeat customers and potential customers alike, in this store. On top of this, I received a text message today, from Javone, asking if I was comfortable with the new phone(galaxy S6), and if there was anthing else he may assist me with. I consider this excellent service, with all the additional bells and whistles attached. Thank you for your kindness Javone!!! I wish you and your colleagues much succes. Nydia D. Perez

Today, I called to ensure there was a white Galaxy S5 available at this location. The young girl(only one who has brains at this place) confirmed they did. While at the store, the bearded no common sense idiot was waiting for his system to load. I knew I was in trouble when it took him 15+ minutes to realize he had to reboot his system. After a few more minutes, I told him, «since I am upgrading on my Jump plan you should get the S5 for me so we don’t waste more time.» He replies, «I have to look at the account first.» Well, Sherlock if I just told you I am upgrading, you would still need to get the phone anyway and you were still waiting for your PC to load. Getting it now would be better because 1. You have already wasted more than 25 minutes of my time waiting for your system… why should I waste more time waiting for you to dig around for the device AND2. it guarantees I get a device in case someone comes after me and buys the rest of your inventory. Well, guess what? I waited an additional 10 minutes and someone came and bought three devices. Eventually, his system loaded and he goes in the back to retrieve a device for me. He comes back and says those people just got the last devices we had. Ok, now not only did I waste my time looking at this bearded bald headed numnut for the last 35 minutes but I didn’t get the device. In his Elmer Fudd like voice, Einstein’s answer was«uhh I dunno, I thought we had more». Had you opened your waxed brain cells, you would have LISTENED to your customer when she asked that you get the device while you were still trying to play IT with your PC. Yes, I have already called T-Mobile to complain about this stupid moron and his lack of basic common sense. Being a super long term customer(since the days of Voicestream and OmniPoint) and having this location inconvenience me, T-Mobile made it up to me. I recommend this location if you enjoy wasting your time or just want to sit around and do nothing.
