I sought out Henry Djonbalaj to work on two short sales because he’s been noted to be a great broker.
I contacted him in the beginning of January and got him on the phone for an intro conversation and he was amazing. He is so knowledgeable and started to dig into my properties ASAP (looking it up and such). However, immediately following that conversation, I couldn’t get him on the phone for a MONTH! I left countless messages with his staff, I emailed him, texted, called his cell phone and NOT ONE RETURNED CALL.
Ultimately I wasted a month of my time in hopes to work with him.
I am sure he does amazing work but the unprofessional-​ism in NOT returning ONE phone call after all of the reaching out and pleading to get him to return my call, is just terrible and if you really need a broker… you need someone to return your calls and keep you posted on whats happening with your properties. Not this!
I emailed him to say that I will be going with another broker, he responds saying that he is sorry he is overwhelmed. Well, Henry that note should have been sent a month ago. Don’t string people along. Other people’s time is just as valuable as yours.
