Not generally a Foot Locker/​Foot Action customer — it’s rare that come into one. I needed to come in today to return/​exchange some boots that wouldn’t fit.
They didn’t have the exact style there and directed me to one of their Cross County locations.
But both employees here today were very friendly, especially the girl who tried to help me. I’m not used to that in any Foot Locker/​Foot Action locations — so if I need to return to one, it will be this location. She was very good and genuinely friendly.
The parking lot in this entire complex is horrible, so use caution. Not Foot Locker’s fault, but it’s worth mentioning if you do come here.

Horrible customer service! I came to purchase a pair of sneakers for my kid and the guy that was supposed to help me was barely paying attention. I even had to measure my own child for a shoe size. Finally, I asked the guy working there if he could help me. He seemed distracted by always looking towards the front door and barely giving me eye contact. i will never come in here again. Service was horrendous!!! Don’t shop here, please go somewhere else.
