It’s good for a tasty treat. Quite small inside, if there are a few people in here it’s a bit claustrophobic, there is also no where to sit and enjoy. Basically an ice cream take out joint. When you walk in the coolers containing cakes and pre made stuff are close to the door with the counter and ice cream ahead. I’ve been here a couple of times and the service is quick and friendly. The ice cream is good, as well as the other concoctions they come up with. It’s a pretty clean place with easy parking, especially now that the grocery store is gone.

I love coming here with my family. The staff is friendly and helpful. My boyfriend always gets his favorite a dasher all chocolate. I normally get a strawberry dasher. My daughter gets her ice cream cone. I have been coming here for a long time and love it. Thank you for being open when I have been craving for ice cream that I can go in and out and not wait in a line.

Terrible ice cream, it’s icy not creamy. worst carvel in Yonkers. The owners should go to the Carvel across from Bank of America on McLean Ave. They have a quality product and can teach you how to do it right.

Best carvel of the ones in the area. Richest flavor and always seems to be the most dense/not watery. I love their vanilla soft serve with cookie crunch as not much really beats it… EXCEPT going their on Wednesdays when you buy one classic soft serve sundae and get one FREE!!!

Good Samaritan story: My friends and I were attempting to drive upstate one night when the craziest rainstorm I’ve ever seen swooped in and forced us off the roads. We pulled into the parking lot in front of this Carvel to wait it out, but when the rain started to let up a bit and we tried to get back on the road, our car wouldn’t start. For an hour we tried all sorts of tricks to get it started and none worked. None of the garages in the area were open, it was getting late, and we were tired of standing out in the pouring rain, so out of desperation I walked into this Carvel and asked the two young men working there if they happened to know anything about cars. It was a pretty ridiculous move, I admit, but by some amazing stroke of luck, the manager(whose name was John) turned out to be former mechanic! Not only that, but he and his coworker(whose name I can’t recall right now) were SUPER nice guys! They came out in the rain, opened up our hood, made a few adjustments, pushed our car up the(quite steep) hill, somehow got the engine started, and then refused to let us pay them for their services. I couldn’t believe how nice they were! Definitely restored a bit of my faith in humanity. If I ever find myself in this part of Yonkers again, you can bet I will come by this Carvel for some ice cream. I wish them all the best. :-)
