Bed Bath & Beyond

A lesser BBB, we found what we came for having checked availability online first, but the store was crowded, with narrow aisles and a limited selection of merchandise. There is parking both out front as well as below the store with an elevator connecting the two levels which is accordingly accessible although the layout makes navigation difficult.

I love Bed, Bath & Beyond, I can be in here for hours for no reason. I go in for a new rug and leave with other random stuff that I probably didn’t even need but it’s ok I’ll use it… eventually.

Pros:

(+) Great storage solutions
(+) Next to Ikea!
Cons:
(-) Staff in the coffee section seem like they need some coffee themselves. Very rude.

I love coming here before I make a stop to Ikea. It’s dangerous though. This place compared to other Bed Bath & Beyonds is bigger and better… plus organized on top of that. I get a lot of stuff to help organize my home. Storage solutions galore! They seem to have more than other stores that I have been to. They even have free coffee and tea sampling… which is definitely a plus in my book if you’re shopping in the morning. The staff throughout the store was very friendly and nice… except…the staff working the coffee/​tea section. The people working at the coffee section aren’t too friendly. I came in the morning prior to my stop at Ikea and when checking out their free samples… asking questions about their coffee selection… the staff gives you dirty looks like they are obviously annoyed about answering the same questions probably a million times already. I get it. You don’t want to repeat yourself. But that’s part of your job, people have questions. If it bothers you… then maybe you need to reconsider changing jobs. Just saying.

3 stars for stock but why are the women that work here so nasty? Rarely are customer service or checkout women pleasant or friendly or even indifferent. Their just sour!

Wow, the only BB&B I ever been to is the one in Manhattan, I thought it would be a little different, because it’s in westchester county, my response well a little, it’s still congested but it’s a little organized, but that is a plus.
For me, I just came in for the back massages that was sent from heaven and given to man for his enjoyment, hey what can I say, what human would not like their body to be touched everyday of the week. lol
For my beloved all she wanted is a Total pillow that is used for traveling for those long MTA rides, and you know they are long, to long. You know I think I’m going to get two. LoL.
