Just moved into area from Florida. Went here with the exact formula my previous hair dresser used. The lady acted like I was crazy. She said she knew what to do. Once I requested the color be lighter she became offensive. Would not recommend. Bad service. Bad attitude from Raven whom did my hair. Refused to redo color. Because my roots were too dark. Offended me by saying I would never be happy. Gave me a bum check for a refund on services.

I have been a client as well as my daughter and my sister in law for over 5 years. I decided to try them out for eye lash extensions I needed a fill and since I liked the salon and the ladies there so much I’d try them for eye lashes. Friday morning I got my eye lash extension fill. I was very weary.// when it took less than 5 mins. I do lashes myself and have been having them professionally done for 10 years and never ever ever has it taken 5 mins. I left the salon … Later that day I started noticing that one side was a lot fuller and weighing down and was bothering me and my vision was blurred and so I had my gf who’s does lashes look at my eyes because my right side was hanging down so low and I could not see. She told me that my lashes are all glued in chunks and on top of my already lashes I had they were not individually glued as I was assuming to be paying for .my gf had to get scissors to cut a chunk of the overly glued lashes out of the way so I could see. I tired brushing the lashes to lift the other lashes she glued in because they were a hot mess of lash chunks and they were pulling my already lashes I had out and now I had chunks missing. I was worse now than before my appt. she ruined my lashes and no one cared enough to to call me back to show an concerns at all. All about the money and not you as a person I called the salon the next morning left a message for the lash tech with a stylist. She never even had the professionalism to return my call … Sunday I called and left ma voice mail and it’s Monday and no call. Horrible customer service I paid $ 30 and a customer for over 5 years and not even a rerun call back. How would you feel. It saddens me my family and friends and myself will never return to the salon. I work hard for my money and to be treated this way saddens me very much
