I used Shear Balance once — they do a very nice job but the owner needs some lessons in customer service. We had a difference of opinion about a situation and rather than treating a new client with «the customer is always right» attitude, I was treated as if she was doing me a huge favor by accommodating me. I won’t go back nor do I recommend them to anyone else because of that.
