I emailed their provided email address and complied with their requested information in order to receive a quote for wedding transportation. Unfortunately, I only received a six word response. No professionalism, no pleasantries, no etiquette, not even a full sentence. I will never contact this company again.

Arrive in Style was INSTRUMENTAL in helping me plan the PERFECT bachelorette party for my best friend! Not only did Ellen provide us with our excellent and professional drivers, she facilitated the entire day from scheduling each winery tasting to providing me with restaurants for us to go for lunch. All of her recommendations were excellent and all of us girls had an AMAZING time!!! Everyone kept telling me what an amazing day it was and I owe it all to Arrive In Style!!! Thank you again! I will be calling you for MY wedding next!!!

These people are the worst people do deal with.
We had a night out with friends but were not allowed to drink in the bus for the second half of the night. They took our liquor. 5 adult couple. No one under 40 and they would not let us drink. Said safety concerns. Bulls**t.
Should have told us that before they took our money.
Ellen is rude and John is ruder. Wanted to charge us for pretzel crumbs in the bus.
