Premium Carpet Repair & Cleaning

I had just had carpet put in and literally hadn’t even vacuumed yet. I dropped a contractors light and it made a burn on the rug. It was very noticeable and it had to be repaired, I called Premium Carpet Repair and spoke to Rob on Monday 10÷12÷15. He couldn’t have been more understanding of my situation and we made an appointment for him to fix the carpet on Thursday 10÷15÷15. He was on time (early as a matter of fact) and fixed my carpet in no time. It is PERFECT! Now I can put this behind me and decorate the room without thinking of the burn on the rug.
I posted Rob’s card on my Facebook page and said that if anyone is in need of carpet repair or cleaning, Rob is your guy. I will continue to recommend him and will be using him in the near future for carpet cleaning. Thanks again Rob for a job well done!

I contacted Rob mid day today when I found myself in a position of having a cancellation from another carpet repair group after an appointment that was set 2 weeks ago. I responded to Rob’s posting on craigslist, literally within minutes he replied and within 3 hours he was at my condo completing the repairs. The quality of work was amazing, truly, I could not have been happier with how the repair turned out, spending a little with him saved me losing my security deposit due to a cat scratching the carpet at a door. Rob was quick, professional, courteous, friendly and even early! I could not recommend him more highly for responsiveness, overall professionalism and while being focused and quick to get the work done, he was still very friendly and chatted with my husband while he worked. There were two spots to be repaired and one was more work then he originally expected and quoted, he did not charge any additional cost. No doubt I’ll never call anyone else again if I need any type of carpet or flooring repair work done. The company may be new, but Rob clearly had years and years of experience to get things done quick and right without any delay or hesitation. Thank you again for coming out on such short notice on a Saturday, nonetheless!!!
