As advertised. Showed up on time and took care of business. The crew was very friendly and efficient. They had to bring in an additional truck and an extra hand. Despite being three young guys, stuck working on a Saturday night on a job that was probably bigger than they expected, they were professional, expedient and represented the company very well. Thank you!

So excited about 1−800-Got-Junk! I called last night around well after 7:00pm! The gentleman to whom I spoke was wonderfully helpful. I overestimated the amount of space my junk would take in a truck! They came out the next day! Well within the estimated time frame. Derek and Sam gave me an exact price before beginning the job. They allowed me to pay per piece which saved me more than $ 200 – especially helpful since I overestimated the size of my load. They moved my difficult furniture quickly and quietly. They were careful not to damage my narrow door way when moving my obscenely large sofa, loveseat, and chair. I really need to point out the size of the furniture because Derek and Sam literally had to break the couch to get it out of my door. I will certainly be using them again! Especially, since they work well on super short notice. Accepts cash, check, and charge. Great price!
