This family owned business gave outstanding customer service. They were prompt and very reasonably priced. I called them around noon and they arrived within the hour and had my lost car keys replaced in no time. I would recommend them to anyone in Yakima who is in need of their services.

Excellent service! We were told at other places it would take days ta have it done and cost twice as much! We went in and were helped immediately! We waited 15 minutes and went home with three workin keys! Yay Danny! Thanks for all ur help!

What a terrible company. They told me they’d take a week to replace a part for my drop safe for my business then continually delayed to say the part hadn’t arrived. Three weeks later I finally called and they said they couldn’t fix it once the part arrived. What a joke.
