We bought a washing machine and we didn’t pick it up because we were still dealing with the current one we had, we figured out we didn’t need the washer we purchased from them and went back 3 days later to tell them this but they absolutely would not give us our money back, even though we hadn’t even removed it from their show room. Good customer service would dictate making the customer happy as long as it didn’t cost them anything, Happy customers are return customers, They only wanted to make the sale and stick to their unfriendly policies, even though the washer never even left their show room! Poor customer service!

Needed a new dryer. They had several used selections with prices very comparable to craigslist, and it came with free delivery and a 60 day warranty. Steve was super friendly and very helpful. I will go here for any repairs or used appliances in the future.
