While the owner’s reply is fraught with numerous inaccuracies, I will respond to only a few. I discussed the situation regarding the water main line being brought in under the foundation with 2 contractors and both agreed that the line should have been brought in through the foundation wall rather than underneath the footing. It was done to code but it was not the best method. Regarding the owner’s thoughtless comment about my lack of knowledge of home construction, I am a 25 year homeowner and have completed numerous home improvement projects myself and have built homes with Habitat for Humanity. I do know what I’m doing. Finally, the city inspector confirmed with me that he was misquoted by the business owner in the above reply. The inspector stated that he never said the things he was purported to have said.

They did a horrible job, very unprofessional and rude. Replaced a part that was perfectly fine and then took it with them. The part they replaced did nothing to fix the problem. I called them back and they vehemently denied it and said they fixed it when obviously it was not. They said they would have to charge me again for parts and service if they came back. They jerked me around and tried to get us to do a bunch of stuff that had nothing to do with the actual problem. The manager admitted they didn’t have the part. If you ever have a problem with them and want to talk to the manager be prepared for an ear full of profanity. This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business.
