I wish I could give Prints Charming negative stars. Negative a billion stars! Angie Holcomb was the most infuriating, dumb, unprofessional, psychotic business owner I have ever dealt with… and I AM a wedding vendor, myself! Better options than Prints Charming Photo Booth for your event: –Make a pile of $ 650, light it on fire, have everyone watch. –Hire a child between the ages of 2 and 4 to take the pictures for your event. –Pick a fight with an ignorant, unprofessional, crazy bee hive. At least it’s free! –Hire Stevie Wonder to draw all your guests. I used this vendor for my wedding. The only bad vendor we had. She was the only local photo booth vendor, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was the wrong thing to do. It would be just as expensive to go outside of the local area and the quality and professionalism would be WAY better. The pictures she provided were shadowed due to her equipment malfunctioning. My husband, father, and guests had shadows across their faces. The shadow was on over half the photos from my whole wedding. When I met with her before the wedding and saw other events with these shadows on peoples faces, I told her to make sure that didn’t happen. Her contract also stated refunds would be given for faulty equipment. She hung the background the wrong way after we confirmed the proper way. She makes these cheap looking memory books with guests photostrips. The guest can write a message. It’s a good idea, but too pricey for what it really is. It’s a Wal-Mart photo album with paper in sheet protectors. In the example she showed me, there were mylar sparkle stickers all over the pages. I asked that she not put those on my book. Sure enough, my pages are covered with holographic glitter mushrooms, butterflies, frogs, etc. She blamed my guests for adding them to their pages. My guests confirmed, they did not apply stickers to their page. Because they aren’t kindergartners. This book cost me $ 75. It’s crap. There are, like, 10 pages. I also did not receive all the pictures of my guests. They did not all make it into my overpriced memory book. I found this out when I looked at the flash drive of all the pictures. The flash drive cost $ 25. For months, I asked her to right this. I can not redo my wedding. She claimed nothing was wrong and refused to consider my request for the pictures that were not in the book and a monetary refund for the ruined pictures. I offered to send everything back for a full refund. Sometimes I would have to email several times over weeks to get any sort of response. She eventually sent the pictures. Later, after more emails, a teeny tiny check for 1⁄6 the amount we paid her. Not the over ½ requested for the over ½ ruined product. This took months and legal assistance. I have no idea how she came up with the arbitrary amount she refunded me. DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY!
