Everyone there is great… My only reason for giving it 3 stars is that Dr Woodward really might have the worst bedside manners. Rushed, does not appear to care and I felt like I was simply a number. Will continue to get when needed but will hope to see someone else.

My son was playing manhunt with his friends and fell. He was bleeding from his knee, arm, thumb and hand. Lots of blood and some bruising so we decided to take him to Patient First and have him checked out. We arrived at the door at exactly 9:59. They close at 10:00 but the door was obviously locked for sometime since no one was even near it when I got there. My husband stood at the door while I sat in the car looking for another urgent care with late hours. Someone finally came to the door about three minutes later and my husband explained what happened. Her reply was«Sorry we can’t see anyone after 10:00» He stated he has been standing out there since 10:00 and asked if someone could just look real quick to which her response was«No sorry». Meanwhile I could see someone still sitting in the waiting room. If the motto really was Patient First as their name states my son would have been seen. Especially since technically we did arrive before they officially closed. Instead we were greeted with an unsympathetic employee who’s only concern seemed to be getting home for the night. I will never step foot in that place again!

Been here 4 times in 2 years. With one excception — last dr — I would have rated this place 5 stars! Clean environment, attentive staff, fast and quality labs and xray on site! This has got to be the finest urgent care I have ever seen. All intake staff are as incredible as the rest. Only problem as I said was attitude of last dr, very abrupt and did not want to answer querstions or talk, as I had questions about my elderly mothers condition. As it was just a follow-up I could not downgrade the entire place because of her. Mom was on her way back to normal so the first crew did the best job I could imagine… better than her PCP.

This review comes from my observation of Patient First as someone accompanying a person seeking care, as well as that person’s perspective. Went to Patient First on a Wednesday night around 9pm. It’s great that this place is open from 8am to 10pm 365 days a year. It’s an awesome resource that’s convenient for those cases that aren’t urgent enough to warrant an emergency department visit, but still bad enough that you’d rather not wait and try to schedule an appointment with your PCP. Initial check-in is done on a touch screen kiosk which asks basic demographic information. You’re then called to complete the registration, give ID, insurance cards, etc. The person I was with was promptly called back for registration, and then taken into the back. I was told that everyone was professional and personable. She was able to be seen and have her prescription filled right there in under an hour. The facility was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I recommend this urgent care to anyone seeking non-emergent care when their PCP isn’t available.

I took my 2 children(4 and 7) for evaluation — one had pink eye and the other had an infected insect bite. What can I say? when it rains, it pours. There was zero wait time. The place was clean, the staff friendly and patient. They were kind to my children. Both children saw the doctor, who was attentive and thorough. 2 prescriptions filled. I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
