First time there, amazing food and service. Less than $ 10 spent and left feeling full and satisfied. Will be back for sure!

If I were on the road and had no other choice, I would run in to Elevation Burger for their vegan patty. You can get it in a lettuce wrap, which is a nice alternative but also a messy way to eat, since the sauce falls out. Perhaps another kind of lettuce besides iceberg? Speaking of sauce, they need more vegan ones, like a sriracha mayo maybe. The Elevation sauce is not vegan; it has egg in it. We liked the shoestring fries cooked in olive oil, even though I have read that olive oil is not the best for high heat cooking — is this right? It is nice that they list the calories in toppings right on the menu; you can clearly see the difference between raw onion and caramelized onion for example, which may lead more people to choose the raw. They offer a whole wheat or potato bun. The woman at the register was very nice to check ingredients for us, but we hated to hold up the line and wish this information was readily available so we would not have to bother staff. The place has signs all over the place boasting of *humanely-raised* and *environmentally-conscious* offerings, but the best way to conserve resources would be to avoid serving meat, particularly beef, in the first place.(Cage-free just means they are stuffed into a giant warehouse, and if something is really humane, you can do it to humans.) However, if you are seeking healthier meat, it’s probably here. It does not seem that expensive either. There is also a vegetarian burger, guess that one has cheese or egg in it. People rave over their milkshakes, and it could be very easy to make non-dairy ones. Now if that was offered, I would be in more often. Small dining room was much more aesthetic than your typical fast food formica.

I’m so glad I decided to check this place out! It’s a great addition to the Wyomissing shopping center. I went with a friend and we were the only ones there on a Sunday afternoon. The lady that took our order asked us if we’d been here before? We told her no and she walked us through the process of ordering. I got a kids burger(single patty) and my friend got the Elevation Burger(a double patty) We both ordered regular fries. I was more than happy with my order. The burger was hot, fresh, and tasty. The fries(cooked in olive oil) were delicious! I’ll definitely come back; I want to try some more daring toppings and get a shake. There’s not too many times in life that you order a cheeseburger and fries and feel GOOD about eating it. The mat on the trays tells you about what you’re eating and where it came from. Keep it up Elevation Burger! Thanks for a yummy meal!

Smart operation with very nice and simple burgers and fries. The thousand choice coke dispenser is cool too but kinda everywhere in the market place. The shocking and embarrassing part of the menu is the grilled cheese. It is made with a inside out burger bun and American cheese. Really a sad stretch. I think they need to be all they should be. Let’s step it up Elevation. Safe burger and fries choice.

This place is delicious. Every staff member was so nice and helpful. They spent time answering any questions customers had about different toppings and even about where the beef comes from. I got the traditional elevation burger(two patties and toppings). The burger was HUGE. Next time I’ll have to get the child’s size. The fries are delicious as well and the serving is larger than regular burger places. While this place is pricey, it’s worth it. You will pay about the same amount you’d pay at Five Guys but the quality of the food is so much better. You feel better about eating here because the food is organic and top of the line quality, which you can taste. I will definitely be coming back.

Ate their with spouse and daughter, total cost $ 36.00. Found the burgers small and put together with very little care. Overall: over priced. Not a bad burger, just not great. the cost, just not worth it. Fries ok but soggy and cold. Looked like they sat there a long time. Nothing there to bring us back for a second visit. For the price there are several restaurants in town that make a better burger and the staff doesn’t act like they are hating their jobs. Rating: C–

This place is absolutely fantastic. How often do you get a burger and fries, and actually feel good when you leave the place? I only leave Five Guys worth a massive case of indigestion and heartburn. This food makes me feel full, without that gross bloated feeling that you shouldn’t have eaten that. This place delivers quality food at a fair price. Give the Elevation Sauce a try — it’s pretty darn good!

Great fries! I have never had fries made in olive oil but they are very good. The burgers are the best Ive had in awhile. I love the organic grass fed beef and the other organic items they have. The other great thing is the high quality toppings for the burgers, great stuff!!! The staff is friendly and helpful. a tad expensive but for a great burger I dont mind. This place blows Five Guys out of the water!

I went to my first time at Elevation Burger yesterday. I got the regular Elevation burger with cheese and bacon and fries. The food tasted pretty good and the service was fine. 2 hours after I ate there it hit me. I have been horribly sick since. McDonald’s is a lot cheaper and never made me feel this bad. Won’t make that mistake twice.

Let me tell you how much I hate Elevation Burger. The cashier kept staring at my woman’s chest almost the entire time we were ordering, so I was disgusted before we even ate. A few hours after eating this«food,» I became horribly ill and felt like death. Never shall I ever eat at another burger joint that offers«grass fed, free range, ‘beef’» because I was not impressed at all.

Elevation burger, you had me at hello… I am a total sucker for grass-fed anything and organic products so when I heard about the new burger joint I naturally had to check this place out. This place is a fantastic concept. I love knowing that my food came from a good place, it’s peace of mind ya know? Yes, you will pay more here than some other places but it’s worth it. Everything is made to order and I loveeeeee customer burgers. I had a milkshake and a kids burger. Both were fantastic however I wish I would have went for a regular burger because I wasn’t quite filled up. The milkshake was everything you could ever want in a milkshake. I could go for another right now… I’m only giving it 4 stars due to the location. It is tight in there! Expect to bump elbows if you’re sitting down and if you can avoid it don’t sit at a table near where you place your order. If they get backed up the line can get all up in your business. Excellent food, recommend giving it a try.

The burgers are absolutely delicious! The fries were pretty good too. One of my kids spilled his drink(of course) and the worker who cleaned it up was probably the friendliest person who has ever cleaned up one of my kids messes. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. My only complaint is the seating is tight. We are a larger family(7 of us) and there wasn’t seating to accommodate us together so we split into two tables. We will absolutely visit again. I love that there is an organic option available in the area. Food always trumps seating!

First of all, it is not more expensive than 5 guys. In fact, a regular burger(which has two patties at both places) is slightly cheaper here than the local 5 guys(20 cents less, check for yourself). I’m not sure how people spent as much as they claim to considering the regular burger was 5.99 at the time of this review and the only toppings that cost extra are cheese, bacon and mushrooms. The fact that the beef at Elevation Burger is organic makes this even better. I got a kids burger which is a single patty and was plenty big. It was delicious as were the fries which are fried in olive oil. The fries weren’t the best I’ve ever had, but were simple thin cut fries lightly salted. As others have posted, the only negative comment, which is minor, is that it is awkward waiting for take out when the place is busy as it is somewhat cramped by the counter.

Elevation Burger definitely takes the burger business to a new level by offering a «healthier» product with organic beef but still keeps the foundation of a good time burger joint with a load of toppings and handmade fries. The burgers come out cradled in a paper sack so you don’t have to get your hands messy if you choose, but you could also toss that aside and dig right in. The entire meal is served in a metal tray with brown paper that takes you back to a better day. The service is both friendly and fast while still getting your order exactly the way you want it. The only thing I have to say that is remotely negative and gives this a 4-star review is that there needs to be more room in the dining area. It is a bit difficult to move around and the chairs are pretty close to each other.

Elevation burger goes against all the dietary customs Berks County has to offer. The food is fast, but is as healthy as burger’s probably can be made. Organic beef, range fed, fresh toppings. It’s not fried, doesn’t drip with grease, and won’t cause gastric murmurings in 10 minutes. It’s about as good as a burger can get and still be a burger. Yes, a bit more pricy, but an establishment that needs to emulated for its mission. The owner came to our table and spent significant time chatting in a non-obtrusive way. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. I really hope they not only survive, but thrive. Kudos.

Space is cramped, used to be a Starbucks; but if you can get over that the burgers are great! It’s a higher end 5 guys with organic grass fed beef and some great gourmet toppings! 6 month aged cheddar, organic thick cut bacon, balsamic mustard, yes please! The fresh fries with sea salt are perfectly cooked in olive oil.

First off, it’s more expensive than a competitor such as 5 guys since the focus is organic food. Once Berks countians figure this out and search online for factory farming, GMO’s, etc and why it’s better for them, the environment, and the animals to eat organic, they will continue to complain about the price. Berks county could use more progressive, up to date, and safe organic places to eat. The food is good and the employees are friendly. The only complaint I have is that it’s an awkward and tight set up inside.
