Having lived at 100 Park for 4+ years, I can honestly say this has to be the best spot to live in Berks County. Location is perfect… close to everything. But where it really shines is the people who work there and really care about you and your overall experience. From the management team, to maintenance, and beyond… everyone here is first class! I only moved out this year because I wanted to be closer to work. Driving 100+ miles/day for over 15 years was quite enough. 100 Park has set a really high bar for my new place to live up to.

Absolutely the best place in Berks County to live! The apartments are lovely with high ceilings, big windows, pretty light fixtures and a beautiful kitchen. The building requires special key access which is a great security feature. The grounds are kept clean and the landscaping is lovely, all year round, everyday! The maintenance staff works really hard to keep things always looking nice, even in the garage! The gym is great and the pool/deck/grills are fantastic. The office staff is top-notch and is always attentive, efficient and friendly. They host social events that really create a feeling of community. I can’t imagine living anywhere else!

I’ve been living at 100 Park for almost 3 years. I love it here. Sure, it’s expensive than most places around town but you get what you pay for. 1st of all, the apartments require a special key for entry. Security is a big thing for our family because our first apartment in Wyomissing was burglarized which led us to moving into 100 Park. We have 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It is spacious, bright, modern, and has a good amount of storage space. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors but that is typical of apartment living. Whenever we need help with maintenance, they are quick to respond. During the winter, you can be sure that they will do their best to shovel the snow off the parking lot and walkways as well as salt the walkways. I am talking about workers up at 5 am! In addition to outside parking, there is garage access available at a fee for 6 months or a year. I bought access during the colder months. There is a club house, gym, computer center, mini library, grills for use, pool, and coffee service. The shared areas are kept clean. There are rules for use. Someone complained about them shutting down the pool because someone broke a rule — well there has to be consequences in place. We all need to respect our shared living spaces. The complex is pet friendly. There are doggy bags and dog waste trash cans dispersed along the property. They do have a restricted dog list. There are community events and they acknowledge you on your birthday by sending a nice little gift. THe ladies who work in the front office are wonderful. They are so nice and helpful. I love seeing them whenever I am downstairs picking up my packages. The neighbors are mostly professionals or retirees. There are some families. It is a short walk to Viva, the VF outlets, and downtown West Reading. It’s kind of tucked away so I don’t think many people know about it. I like that though because there isn’t much traffic and I feel safe walking my dog outside even around 12AM when I am off from work. We will be leaving this place in a few months to move out of state. I wish there were more complexes like this. We recently checked out a «luxury apartment» and were not satisfied. 100 Park, you really set the bar high.

I’m afraid that more people are going to find out about this place, demand will rise, and my rent will go up. But, I have to be honest. I really love it here.

We’ve lived at 100 Park at Wyomissing Sq for over a yr and we love it. Our apt is spacious, beautiful, very well designed and has delivered everything promised. Anything we need is taken care of immediately and graciously. Staff is accommodating, efficient and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more. We live just a few blocks from great restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars, clothing and sport shops, jewelers, art gallery, a pharmacy, fresh air market(spring to fall) and a gorgeous park. Between the amenities offered inside the apartment complex, the pool outside and the neighborhood surrounding, one has to love life at 100 Park. TC

Don’t live here if you have children: By husband and I along with our young children moved here in June. We thought it would be a great community: facilities clean, pool access, gym, computer room. Before signing our lease, we spoke with the management office about our concern of our young children disturbing the neighbors as one of them is young enough that he still lacks motor control. The management office was very pleasant and reassured us that people who live in these complexes understand that noises do travel but that if we abide by the quiet hours we would be fine. So, I signed the lease. We moved in and spent one full day here and then left for a week. Upon returning we received a letter under our door of a «noise complaint» coming from our apartment for the one day. After speaking with the leasing office they pleasantly and understandably reasserted to me that its understandable that I have children and they are just following procedures but don’t worry. Several weeks later, we received a second notice and then our third notice and«final notice». Leasing office has been very pleasant but when I went to go speak to them to ask what«final notice» means they said that the next time they can ask us to leave. My complaint which results in my poor review of Bozzuto Management is that I took the necessary steps to ensure that we were okay before signing the lease. And now essentially after spending the money to move here and uprooting the family, the leasing office is saying that our normal living which is already restricted is prohibited and considered«boisterous and disturbing» per the community rules. Therefore, I have to conclude that Buzzuto Properties are not family friendly properties. As I microscopically examine my kids conduct when I get home from work, I am not even sure what we are doing wrong. If I hear something fall or I hear a loud step I’m yelling at them to be more gentle. Nobody is in the home from the morning until 3:30 pm and everyone is asleep by 8:30pm. So, I am at a loss that within a span of 5 hours Bozzuto Managmenet believes we are being too unreasonably«noisy» with normal living to our neighbors which may result in us being asked to leave.

Two words best describe 100 Park… EXPENSIVE and overrated. It is tucked away on the west side of Reading in the city of Wyomissing. A newer apartment building it is located in between Viva restaurant, Courtyard Marriott and across the street from VG Outlet Mall. 100 Park is situated in the heart of a lot of action such as drunken Marriot hotel guest partying(aka. cackling sometimes yelling) till 4am at a firepit next to the apartment. Ugh! The female staff are professional and polite. Wish I could say the same for the moody and confrontational property manager. Unreal one day he sent an e-mail chastising the tenants and barred their pool access for 2-days because someone broke glass in the pool area. The apartments are not sound proof which is annoying you can hear your neighbors every step, toilet flush, phone conversation, etc. In turn I’m sure they can hear mine. Sorry :/The apartments have okay amenties that 100 Park should charge ½ of what it does for rent. The quality and service is not worth the price but with no local competition they will luckily keep raking in BIG profits.
