I’ve been so pleased with this Firestone that I just had to update my review. Between two college kids in the Grand Rapids area, we’ve been here at least 5 or 6 times. In my experiences, The manager Eric and co-​worker Julian are friendly, helpful and honest. Having gone to many repair shops and many Firestones this isn’t always the case. Their accommodating attitude will keep us coming back there.
