Outstanding service! I was in town with a rental car and found it had a slow leak in one tire. When I parked, I could see there was a nail in it. I stopped in and Discount pulled the nail, plugged the leak, and did it all for free! I’ll be certain to use Discount Tire when I need tires for my car after they bailed me out! A big thanks to Joe & Dustin for outstanding service! The kicker is, it didn’t take long either!

Called for a quote for new tires on my wife’s car, got a reasonable quote of $ 380. I wanted a decent all-​season tire priced out the door and that’s what I was given or so I thought. When my wife went to purchase the tires, I was at work, they added a warranty and siping that they «failed» to mention in quoting me the price. Adding $ 100 to the price. What a rip-​off. I guess when you call and ask for a price quote its just to get you in the door not an honest estimate of what it will cost. I will have to remember this when I need tires again and will find some establishment that is a little more up front in there pricing.

This is the only place I’ve gone for six years. The sales associates are absolutely great, the service is quick, and they’ve definitely gone above and beyond to help me. I find them to be straight shooters and they have been honest with me about time-​frames for replacement, suggested (but not pushed) adjustments, and have honored their warranty and rotate/​balance agreements. I’ll never go anywhere else for my tires.

Went in to have a flat repaired. They up sold me on some new rims, and «forgot» to plug the leak. Now I have a set of new wheels with a flat.
