Was a little skeptical to come here based upon the help reviews, but I’ve learned over the years to not let others form all of your biases. I’m really glad I stopped in! I had some people coming over who don’t generally drink wine so I didn’t want to knock them back with a 17% alcohol content. They staff was really helpful and nice. They know their stuff and even took the time to suggest wines to try at a future time that would pair nicely. I’ve been to other wine stores, where they look down on you for not wanting to buy the $ 30 bottle of Riesling, but here they offer both ends of the spectrum and actually pointed me toward the less expensive bottle because it had the smoother finish that I was looking for. I will defiantly be back here!

The other times I’ve been there have been good. Wasn’t happy with my last visit because I was with a friend and when we went to make a purchase they gave us a difficult time and was really rude to us.

This is a fantastic little place to buy wine. Daniel absolutely knows his business. Have him help you select some wine within your price point you will definitely make the wine experience better in every respect. The selection is exceptional and if you’re interested he has a very good cellarfor higher end wine. I don’t understand why people over pay for boring and mediocre wine at the supermarket when you can get a very nice wine here for the same price. Their craft beer selection and cigars also looks very good.

This is one of my go to bottle shops in town. They are close to home and have a great selection of beers from all over Michigan and the world. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you have a question about a beer, they have the answer. If you want something you don’t see, they will get it for you. I direct beer fans here often and I’ve never had a complaint.

If you need a six pack of Bud Light, anywhere will do, right? But if you want something interesting, and perhaps some counsel in choosing that something interesting, D Schuler’s is the place for you.
I don’t live in MI, but extended family does, so we’re there on occasion. And I love MI beers, just love them! D Schuler’s has such a knowledgable and helpful staff. I tell them what I’m looking for, and they are on it, with a smile, even.
I bought 36 beers to put in the back of our car to haul back to Texas with me, and I think that the staff person who helped me had as much fun helping to pick it out as I did buying it.
The wine selection is getting better every year. The Italian selection (reds, especially) is changing for the better.
