The employees here were all very polite and pleasant but the manager is extremely unprofessional. He is currently screaming at the top of his lungs at his employees in another language in front of all the guests and it has been going on for the last 10 minutes.

This was the last time I will ever go to this Dunkin Donuts. I always go out of my way to drive to a further one now just because of how horrible this place is. There are many things I could say. For one, the lady working at the drive through is extremely miserable which does not make for a good experience. Secondly, I tried going inside today and some lady at the counter was helping ring me up and then just decided she didn’t feel like doing it any more and called someone else over to continue the order. RUDE. Then, everytime I get a bagel with butter they always only butter ONE side of the bagel and very lightly so I have to go home every time and butter it myself. Why am I paying you if your not going to do you job/​give me the product I PAID for? Also, my bagel was burnt which is not unusual for this place. Lastly, there was one other customer in this Dunkin and no one through the drive through so how did it take a full 10 minutes for them to toast and HALF butter my bagel? Extremely disappointed and I seriously hope a manager sees this review.

This truly has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts known to man kind. The service is slow. The woman and the drive through is moody and seems to not like her job at all and I know when she is working because the service is even slower. Unfortunately, this is the closest on in proximity to work or I would definitely go somewhere else.
