Very clean and everything is always sanitized! Great customer service, everyone is so friendly and welcoming!

Moved here from out of state, this was the first nail salon that I went to and keep going back to. It is clean and neat and they do a nice job. I have only done the regular pedi, the stone treatment is nice, though i wish they did deep massage by hand. My only complaint would be with what they use to remove calluses, those purple sponge type things are not fine enough and actually cause more roughness on my feet. They need to find something that is very fine grade to use to really smooth feet. My feet typically are smoother going in than coming out, but my toe nails look fantastic!

I came here on my search for a new pedicure spot, and let’s just say if all else fails in the area this may be it. It’s located by mattress firm in a plaza so pay attention to your GPS because it’s hard to see by the eye.
When I came in the manager greeted me without making eye contact as she worked on someone else which kind of is a pet peeve.
They asked me to sign in which was also kind of pointless since I was the only one waiting but I did so as they were busy. My nail tech was sweet and this is one of two nail shops EVER that carded me for wine but it makes sense as half their clientele was younger.
I decided to get the 2^nd most expensive pedicure to pamper myself which the massage portion was great, as my photo shows, but I felt they could have done more intense scrubbing.
The only reason I am still searching is because you can feel like a sardine/​like so much Is going on as it was so small and I feel like the pedicure could have been a bit more hygenic/​as I said better scrubbing.

I have always been pleased when visiting Tracy’s Nails. I have been coming for over 3 years and the salon is very clean, organized and the people are kind. In addition, they are usually very timely. If there is something new on the market, the owner Tracy, always lets me know, in case I want to try it.

OK, I am a guy who likes a good pedicure. Years ago my wife convinced me it was not sissy boy stuff. (I was a macho cop and biker) But she was right, it was very relaxing and I felt great after a good treatment. My favorite gal at Tracy is Amy. She speaks no English but we communicate just fine. She always treats me like I am her only customer. I get the hot rock leg massage and a good hour of personal attention while I catch up on my reading.
Sometimes I am the only guy in the place and I have gotten used to it. A couple of times ladies have told me they wish their husbands would try it out but they could not drag them in. Occasionally there are other guys getting the same treatment as I’m getting. We usually pass a knowing look that we are on to something special. So, if you are a guy reading this, check it out. You will probably like it!

I have been to almost every salon in Wylie, and Tracy Nail and Salon far surpasses them all!

Great overall job! And the massage seemed to last forever! We will definitely be back!
