This taco shop is really GOOD! My family went here for lunch, and we got the tacos, enchiladas, kids nachos, and kids quesadillas. Everything was good. For the kids nachos, I paid extra and added shredded chicken. There needs to be a discussion about the kids nachos with the chicken added… They were delicious!!! The melted cheese is not like the one you get at the state fair… it was light in color, the consistency was perfect, and the balance between saltiness and tanginess was perfect. Also, there was a enough cheese sauce to cover majority of the surface. I will be definitely coming back. The only reason why I did not give this taco shop 5 stars is because it doesn’t have a salsa bar.

Cool atmosphere, just wish the lights weren’t so bright in there. Their grilled shrimp tacos are soooooooo good and the service is super friendly and efficient.

Not much detail to add here, but wanted to put forth some stars. If you like fuzzy’s tacos in general, you will probably enjoy it just the same in Wylie.

Always a favorite go to place for great nachos etc. Go there often. One thing though. They sprinkle the spicy seasoning powder on the chips… i don’t like but beware if you don’t tell them… they will put it all over the chips.

We have been to other Fuzzy Taco shops and not had good experiences, this place was close to Home Depot and the kids were starving so we decided to run in, SO glad we did. Chips and Guac were exceptional, never know what you are going to get and these were a home run. Fish tacos were awesome, solid rice and beans, so glad we gave this location a try!

I like their enchilada plate, crawfish taco and grilled fish taco, and loved their ice tea, too. The price is cheap and you get delicious food. This place is great.

Food is pretty amazing, mostly queso and their pork-nachos. The iced screwdriver tastes just like a cream sickle ice cream and is the best when it is on happy hour. The veggie burrito is amazing but make sure you get everything smothered in queso or it’ll taste like taco bell. The salsa is meh but the roll of paper towels on the tables make up for it.

I really like the food but the results are inconsistent. I have an allergy and sometimes, they follow instructions, sometimes not. If I eat there and I end up in the emergency room, I doubt they will pay my bill. Not my preference but it’s convenient so I guess eat at your own risk!!!

We went to a Fuzzy’s Taco Shop in Grapevine and it was excellent. We were expecting the same quality here and were disappointed. The fish & shrimp tacos were both smelly, like not fresh smelly. The tortilla soup was like tomato stew. The place was clean and the crew was efficient and friendly. It is on our list of been there, done that and don’t need to do it again.

While this location is closer to home, it is not my favorite. The drinks, food and service are not good. With a full service bar, this location charges double the price for margaritas. Each visit, we have to go back to the counter for our margaritas. We even witnessed one guest margarita sit on the counter for over five minutes. I guess they were naïve like me thinking their drink would be brought to the table. My staple fish and shrimp tacos are not nearly as enjoyable here either. I will drive the extra 15mins to the Richardson location for good food and cheap drinks.

If there’s one thing I hate about eating out, it’s inconsistency in an establishment. I’ve been to a Fuzzy’s before and while it didn’t wow me, the tempura fish tacos were tasty enough that I was willing to go back because friends visiting from out of town wanted to try it. I ordered the tempura fish and tempura shrimp tacos and it was a total disappointment. I didn’t even finish it. First of all, it was NOT tempura batter they used. The fish and shrimp had the same breading on it; hello, tempura is not breaded. The salsa is bland without a hint of heat, and their Drunken Pig beans with«spicy» pork was too thick and definitely not spicy. Thank goodness I had the Fuzzy Vacation to make up for the disappointing meal. It’s pretty much four drinks in one; frozen peach and margarita mixed together, an inverted beer, along with an additional tequila shooter planted in. Limit one per customer, i.e. it’s strong. It earned the 2nd star. I tried my friend’s shredded pork nachos and quesadilla and while they were both good, I have no idea that I’d be able to get the same thing at another location. This place is off the list. C’mon people, consistency is KEY!!!

I love the Fuzzy’s chain and was super excited to have one open in Wylie. Pros: *Food is good *Drinks are strong Cons: *tables never seem to get cleaned off quickly like other locations *Usually only one cashier and often have waited 5−10+ mins to be acknowledged and order taken *staff has a very lackadaisical attitude and don’t seem concerned if they give a good experience or not Since Wylie is a small town and we have a Chiloso, Rosas, Cristina’s, Chipotle, and various other small Mexican restaurants around nearby I would think this Fuzzy’s would strive a little harder for top notch service and experience.

Good place to have around. Enjoyed the bar and the tacos. Free WiFi and the draft beers are served in goblet glasses.

This trip we had Pork nachos and Shrimp tacos… Even though I ordered the soft taco, i knew i couldn’t eat it without it falling apart so I turned it into a salad. Boy was it tasty. We shared nachos that we could have shared with another couple! But the food was awesome! It was a quiet day, so we watched various sports on various TVs stationed throughout the restaurant.

I have always been a fan of Fuzzy’s taco shop. I am elated that they opened one by my work. This place is a great place to grab a margarita and some tacos. If you want more of a healthy option, the grilled big salads are great! The portion is huge and this salad actually will fill you up. The side of avocado ranch to make it a little less healthy, but SOWORTHIT. I also like the tempura shrimp tacos with a side of queso if I feel like treating myself. The service is always great and I love that they have tv’s if there is a game on I want to watch. They will be seeing me here during my lunch break a lot during the next few months!

We like Fuzzy’s! It’s affordable, casual, fun and of course the food is good. We usually get the Baja tacos, the tempura shrimp and fish tacos are the best compare to other places we have tried. The chicken nachos very good. The shredded chicken are tasty, slow cooked and well seasoned. I just tried the salad with tempura shrimp and fire roasted salsa as the dressing, it was delicious! So glad they finally open in Wylie! We surely need more good places for dining out other than fast foods.
