Horrible customer service, I personally use Walgreens but my mother uses CVS, recently she was in an accident so I’ve had to deal with them. I’m shocked every time I go in they have somebody (customer) pissed off. They don’t seem to have it together. I dropped off a prescription was told 15 mins (shockingly) came back in 20min only to be told they didn’t have it in stock and I could call around other CVS’s to find it… Walgreens would have done it for me, and he told me they MIGHT get it tomorrow???
