Usually love this place and if I want a sandwich, I will take a number and wait. However, they have good prepared salads, so I grab one and don’t have to wait. Well today I was told I have to take a number and wait for a prepared salad. That makes no sense. to take a salad made hours ago .why not just wait for freshly made salad. And what if someone just wants a soda. crazy place that doesn’t get the point of grab and go

Awesome food great chicken salads and sandwiches guys working there are great very professional it’s a throwback kinda place with great food AND great service and fast too. Only complaint is some items cause sticker shock.

Guys, they make the best sandwiches. Super big, abundant in ingredients, great taste, right amount of everything. The staff is just top notch. They’re friendly to everyone. They have a lot of food as well (salads, roasted items, coffee, iced tea, soups, snacks, nuts, beverages, some sweets). It’s a fantastic gem in NJ. Most heroes are no more than $ 10.
Try the CALIFORNIA CLASSIC, the COWBOY, and try a grilled chicken hero with lettuce, tomato, mayo, american cheese, and hot sauce. Thank me later.

Loved this little deli, everything looked delicious and it smelled even better. I had the South of the Border wrap and it was excellent, just the right amount of spicy! Also had the potato salad and that just might be a staple every time I return. Service was quick and friendly, even during the lunch rush.

This is a great deli right across the street from my office, I highly recommend it! I had the Ruben last week and I’m still thinking about it. They pile their sandwiches high, never skimping on the meat and their bread is fantastic! They also have great soups everyday and with the winter we are having I’m glad they do!

This place was a welcome surprise. The guy making the sandwiches we ordered was friendly and professional, the store was clean and well taken care of. The ingredients were fresh and the selection was pretty expansive, including fresh made hot food and freshly made soup. If I lived in the area I’d be a regular for sure.

I gotta admit: it’s NOT easy finding certain food items at stores/​restaurants that are just incredible, that you totally have to have and nothing compares to it. I find myself struggling to find an incredible bagel for example. Like most bagels are tolerable, but few truly amazing.
Well enough about bagels, Wyckoff Deli has hands-​down, the most delicious Cream of Chicken Homemade Soup OF ALL TIME. I’ve always struggled finding a place with good soup and I’m amazed by this place. They have other kinds as well, which I’d like to try but I implore you to check out their Cream of Chicken. They have huge vats of their soups in the front.
I swear I want to walk in one day and just order the entire vat of Cream of Chicken soup. «Yes that’s right sir, not the Portion, not the Pint, not the Quart, wheel that entire bad boy out to the curb and let’s hoist it in my trunk. And oh yeah I’ll be back in a couple of weeks for another one!»

Decent quality food. Pricey for the amount of food you get. I realized after I got into town that I had been there a few months prior & wasn’t impressed, but I wanted to give them another shot at it. I realize this place is in an upscale town so most of the community doesn’t mind paying a lot for a little…
