I cannot recommend Larry Rogers. Larry was out of town during the bidding process, and later became unhappy that his assistant didn’t realize that a specific valve had to be replaced too. Bottom line is that ¾ into the project he wanted more money, and walked out of the job (without discussion) leaving the job unfinished.
