I adore this practice. The doctors are attentive and realize that, sometimes, even a cough feels like an emergency for a parent. They are really great at always taking your concerns seriously while being able to talk you down. Their hours are extremely convenient, and I have never called that I haven’t been able to get emergency appointments right away or non-​emergent appointments within a few hours. When I’ve called to leave a message, someone has always gotten back to me quickly. I would absolutely recommend Bergen West Pediatrics to local families.

Great team. They made an opening for an emergent situation with my son and we weren’t even patients yet. Been going there ever since. Appointments are kept and we have rarely had a wait time. A nurse is always available to answer questions by phone. My only suggestion would be a little more patience from some of the nursing staff during vaccinations. A few smiles go a long way. Love the doctors.
