The reason went here was I was dropping off a package from a previous online purchase.
The store is in a nice location very well maintained.
The lady was polite and efficient.
I was here previously I had a older man behind the counter, he came across as slightly rude. The lady was much much better.
Please note at this location you can not tape any packages up in the store and if you want them to close up a box it will cost you. The ban is posted and the clerk says it is because of insurance. Other local UPS (Dearborn), FEDEX (Taylor), and USPS (Wyandotte) do not ban or charge for this.
If you want or need to go to a UPS, I suggest driving to any other UPS store.

We came to drop off an item that was purchased online and needed to be returned. The store is at a nice location with ample parking spaces.
I don’t really know what to talk about in this situation. Aside from everything is neat and orderly, the guy from the counter talks and greets and processes packages, there’s really not a lot to say.
We had a bit of a line the day we showed up. It’s Christmas season and it’s completely understandable. I think I been here before when it’s not busy season and I was pretty much in and out. That was also back when they were located by the main Wyandotte strip too.
It’s a pretty good store if you ask me, they’re just a little understaffed, that all.

Have been here several times and the customer service is really slacking. I’ve been helped by the man that is usually there. He always seems in a bad mood and like I’m a burden by being there or any question I have is stupid. I understand that he might want to get people in and out the door but a little friendliness wouldn’t kill you. I’ll keep going to USPS instead.
