We had our U-​Boxes shipped to this location. Pick-​up was arranged 4 days in advance (on a Wednesday) – The representative said the boxes would be ready Friday night so anytime on Saturday would work (1pm was the approximate time given). Arrived on Saturday at 11:30am to find out no reservation had been made and we wouldn’t be able to pick up the boxes until after 3pm, which pushed the moving process well past dark.
When we asked about the U-​Boxes upon arrival, they said, «You can’t just pick up your boxes. It doesn’t work that way.» Which is when I notified her of the conversation her co-​worker and I had a few days prior and she turned to the co-​worker and said, «Well, why didn’t you put it in the computer?!» Angie, the original representative, was helpful once the mistake was recognized.
The whole operation seemed a bit disorganized and I would shop around before using this location for your moving or storage needs.
