The staff at this FedEx are the most rude, unfriendly people I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a business I was spending money at.
They are close to my house so I’ve been here a dozen times, and each time is an angry, frustrating experience.
Skip this location. There is another one just a few miles away on Sawmill Rd. and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and do good work.
FedEx should just shut this location down. It’s an embarrassment to their brand. I’ll never come here again after today’s experience.

Well… I was considering going here. Unfortunately, they could not print on the paper that I have ordered (Too Small), which seems to be standard with most print/​copy places.
The problem I ran into was Rebecca on the phone. I was beginning to explain what I was looking to have done and was rudely interrupted by her saying «No, we can not do that». Then I asked if she had any ideas and recommendations and before I got that out I was then interrupted again saying «Nope, I don’t». She could not have been any more dry than she was with me. I felt like I was ruining her day by calling to ask one question. So rather than «bothering» her anymore, I hung up.
Unfortunately now, I plan to not go here whenever I need something copied/​printed/​etc. Thanks Rebecca.

This is my favorite FedEx in the Columbus area. I stop here often to make prints for my chorus.
This location is quite large, and I have never encountered a line for the counter or for any of the copiers. The workers are pleasant and knowledgeable, and the prints I receive always look good.
I am happy that all FedEx Office locations have installed copiers that accept USB flash drives. Depending on my print job, I can be in and out in under 10 minutes.

Not a bad place to make copies, or get things enlarged.
Attentive staff, but highish prices, and long waits if you visit near the end of a normal business day.
Also, if you want 100% coverage on an item shipped you have to let them pack it for you.
