I loved all of the options, and being able to combine pizza or a sandwich with soup or salad. The menu is fun and current(ex. their pumpkin chipotle soup). Employees were very friendly. I’m picking Cosi over Panera every time :)

Employees at this location are extremely friendly. Nice variety and an opportunity to get something than the usual fast food choices. Food quality is good and the menu changes seasonally. Pretty nice as far as chain restaurants go.

The Veggie & Hummus sandwich & Greek salad were very good, but what really got me was the service. The employees were very attentive & pleasant. Because the food was good & the service was even better, «I’ll be back.»

Two times in one week, I ordered the same sandwich and asked for NO tomato. Both times, there were tomatoes on my sandwiches! Today, I waited for nearly 20 minutes for a to-go order of a half sandwich(w/tomato I did not ask for) and a half order of buffalo chicken mac n cheese. I’m not entirely sure what happened, but it looked like they forgot to add chicken to my Mac n cheese and fumbled around, fixing their mistake. I come here once or twice a week out of convenience. There isn’t much in the immediate area for lunch and I love the Cosi’s in Easton. This location just needs a bit of work on food prep and their speediness.

Cosi has become my new obsession. I work from home and love to change scenery by having an «office day» here. They have excellent breakfast, lunch, and snack options. They strive to be health conscience and customer service is excellent.

Excellent service and food. I have visited this restaurant over a dozen times in the last few months and the service and food have been consistently good and fast. They have a nice range of choices ranging from sandwiches to salads and soups. I recommend the chicken TBM sandwich and the signature salad and the adobo chicken with avocado bowl.

I’ve seen these restaurants around Cbus and driven past this location thousands of times but today with salad in mind and some Krogering to across the street I finally made my stop here today. Before heading down here I took some time to look over their menu online to get an idea of their offerings. I get this place is like many European style cafes a mix of coffeeshop with a full days menu of freshly prepared foods. I had already decided on trying their Cosi Cobb salad, they had me at Bacon & Gorganzola. Being mid-afternoon on a Sunday there weren’t many peeps in here which worked in my favor since I didn’t have to wait at all for my order to come out to me. Yes, they do give you a number card like a deli and yes, there is a holder at your table for said number card so they can find you when it’s busy but, with the lack of many customers I actually got table service by a nice young lady manning the counter. The salad was a nice portion of fresh greens, scallions, grilled chicken and the aforementioned bacon & gorganzola cheese. A light toss in a sherry shallot vinaigrette made this one truly satisfying salad. Along with this came a piece of the house baked flatbread. The décor is very modern with a open airy dining area with exposed ceiling and lighting. Plenty of tables to choose from and some comfy padded benches and chairs add to the coffeshop feel of this place plus free wifi make it a nice place to chill other than just for a meal. To sum up my first visit here, I gotta say it was pretty good. While the prices are somewhat higher here for a chain café, your money buys you very freshly house made food that doesn’t taste like it was splorted out of a machine in back. PS: While this place faces High St, access to it is a bit tricky on Wilson Bridge road with the high amount of traffic in this area. Watch your proverbial ass in here since the entrance to this strip of shops connects with a motel, a Jimmy Johns and a Starbucks with a weird parking layout.

I love Cosi’s but, this location has to have been the slowest location and worst service I have ever received at a Cosi’s EVER! I came here a week ago with my girlfriend for dinner. We were on our way to a concert and needed to stop for supper. I ordered a club. The bread was old and not tasty in ANY way. My girlfriend ordered a pizza and she told me she hated the taste of it. We both also got fountain drinks(not much else was offered). When we went to fill up the fountain drinks they were out of ice! I had lemonade and all that came out of the lemonade fountain was water. The wait for the food was extremely long too. I wish we would have gone to a fast food place instead. The worst part was that the guy running the pizza oven kept eyeing my girlfriend! She hated it and I couldn’t stand it! I’m NEVER coming to this location again!

Even though I REALLY love Cosi’s food, this location has to be the slowest and the worse in Central Ohio, especially when it comes to having to wait. This is the 3rd time I have been to this location, and this last visit was the longest wait yet. I waited for at least 15+ minutes on my food, and that was after waiting in line to place my order. This location seems to be VERY understaffed, and the manager who runs the line is not the nicest guy, either. While I was waiting he yelled at other employees at least 3 times, and they were busting their butts trying to make the numerous orders that kept coming off the printer. In the mean time, he made several mistakes and continued to blame his employees for all of them. He even yelled at one employee to reach into the garbage can, yes — while she was MAKING food, to pull out a receipt that HE accidentally threw away. Ummm… seriously, what the hell?! They also have a terrible time of keeping the orders in the same sequence as they are placed, as 2 people who ordered after me received their food before I did. I don’t know about you, but this is a HUGE pet peeve of mine. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to make the food in the same order as they are placed. Again, I apologize if it seems like all I’m doing is complaining in this review, but I worked in the food industry for 10+ years, and there are ways and systems to keep situations like this from happening. For starters, don’t hire a manager who is a complete douche bag and actually knows how to run a line… Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this Cosi any time soon.

Very. Hungry. Quick. Food. Now. Came here on a recommendation from a friend since I was in the area and needed to do some work. The good: They had free WiFi and a fantastic hummus, cucumber & pita bread platter. Seriously the toasted pita bread was amazing! The OK: The lunch crowd is quite the crowd and service is slammed during that time. The restaurant gets dirty pretty quickly and it takes a hot minute to receive your ‘fast food.’ If dining in, be sure to place your number card IN the card holder on the table so the food runner can see you. It expedites the whole process and you won’t be *that* person. I got reprimanded for forgetting to do this.

I can’t find out why I am addicted to the basil soup. I work close by this Cosi and my co-worker had this to say when I asked about places to eat around the area. «There’s an Arbys, Subway, McDonalds, Hot dog joint, Wendy’s, and a Kroger. That’s about it.» At the sound of this, I felt as though the choice was to either die of a heart attack after eating incredible amounts of fast food, or go looking for options. Glad I did part 2. COSI is a chain restaurant and as a chain the food is the exact same at every store. The staff are pleasent, the food is alright, and the atmosphere is usually empty… except lunch… since it is next to the highway. So if you are in the area and DON’T want a Big Mac flavored hotdog with curly fries and a jr baconcheesattack go here.

Oh boy. This is the VERY last time I try this Cosi. About six months ago I had two crappy experiences here in a row. Once they forgot my chips and the second time I got back to the office with a bag of chips that was ripped and the chips were very stale. I went to their website and complained. I got sent vouchers in the mail for a free sandwich. I went back in and the manager seemed vaguely annoyed when I redeemed it because he realized I’d complained. He told me that they’d never received any other complaints and made me feel sort of lousy for having written in. Fast forward 6 months. Today was the first time I’ve tried Cosi since. I get back to my office with my bag(which I should have checked) and guess what? NOCHIPS. No chips with an excellent sandwich might have still resulted in two stars, but the ham is a little tough and the brie is meager. Take my advice and go elsewhere for lunch or dinner. There are plenty of options nearby.

This is just«OK». It seems to be a place who is mostly frequented by folks with laptops looking for wi-fi. I had a club sandwich which would have been better in many other restaurants. And I wouldn’t have had to bus my own table either.

Having been up since 3am studying for a midterm, by 10:30 I was starving for some substance that my granola bar just wasn’t giving me. Grabbed a large latte at the nearby Starbucks and headed over to Cosi. A large sign when you first walk in says their entire menu is available all-day long. SWEET! I’m getting me a yummy sammich, I think. I go to the front counter and just to double-check, I ask the gal if I really can order anything. She says oh yeah, all day long. So I order a sandwich. And she says oh, no, you can’t order a sandwich. I ponder why, since it’s part of the menu, the sign says it’s available, YOU said it’s ok to order a sandwich. She says they have no bread. They had no bread at 10:30am. And I didn’t get my sandwich.
