I’m not surprised there are no reviews. People only review when they want to whine. I have had policies with John since 1996, after having another agent for 4 years prior. Michelle in the office is so awesome, that when I call my DC agent I always ask for Michelle, I think because I want her to be there too!
John also insures two of my siblings and my mother. Houses, cars, life, disability… he’s got all of our business in IL.
I just wrote a scathing review of my agent in DC, and I though why not wright a nice review about my IL agent?
You can’t go wrong with John, and Michelle in his office really knows her business!
