Incredible, just another point in my case. The lack of customer service and professionalism is just completely disgusting. This same person attacked me on Facebook! I also see they have F rating from the Better Business Bureau.

I went there over a year ago and I will never forget that this was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The woman who did my nails was very friendly however I recall the overall customer service attitude of the owner as severely lacking. Also, my nails chipped within two days. Since my prior rating was somehow deleted here is the duplicate. They offered to redo my nails after I complained on Unilocal but the nails were for a vacation I had already come back from. Seems they always have some excuse for their subpar performance. Just do it all right the first time and they wouldn’t have to scramble on groupon for new customers constantly. It’s a shame because some of the staff is nice and it has a lovely view of the river; however, it’s extremely poorly run. Save your $$ for a better salon.

I was introduced to this salon after I had purchased a Groupon for a massage with Alex. It was one of the best massages I had ever had!!! I called the salon back needing an emergency visit with Alex to help a sore neck, and I was fit in the same day! I ended up purchasing a package of massages which was a good deal, 4 one-hour swedish massages for $ 149. I liked the décor of the salon, especially the diamond plate floors. The place smelled fresh, was very clean including the bathroom. I wanted to try the hair services, and was delighted that a groupon came out for that as well! I also purchased a Groupon for the manicure and pedicure. I was afraid that the business would shun my business because of all the Groupon using, but it was never an issue. I saw Ashley for my hair, and I will admit, she’s the best hari stylist I’ve had in this area since I moved here 2 years ago. She colored and cut my hair and I was out the door in an hour and 20 minutes. I didn’t have to spend all night there, but I wasn’t rushed. I’ve been offered a beverage(wine!) each of my visits to the salon! Now, to be honest, the demi color I had on my hair faded in a week. I was disappointed but called and spoke to the owner who got me the soonest appointment possible. He even called with a cancellation, so I could’ve come in sooner if i was able. Ashley did a permanent color on my hair instead, remembering my color, and my hair has held the color since! I was very happy and surprised that the owner and stylist didn’t have any problems fixing my hair nor made me feel uncomfortable about bringing up the issue. I plan on going back to Ashley every time I need my hair done, she did exactly what I wanted done! I brought my mom to use the last Groupon for the mani/pedi for her birthday. The girls who did our nails were so pleasant and friendly, we laughed the whole time. They didn’t rush us, but were attentive to get us out with enough time for us to make our movie. We were both happy with our nail services and would definitely come back. I read the other reviews and was confused at the problems other’s had experienced. I didn’t have any issues using my Groupons, nor did I experience any disappointment with any of the services! I recommend giving the salon a try for yourself, or a second try if you had a bad experience for some reason the first time. I personally love their ongoing deals and find that the services are well worth it!

This is in response to what the owner of this establishment posted on my review, which can be read here: . First of all, the Groupon does promote couples massages. It reads«Buddy-system devotees keep their partners in sight with the couples massage, a therapeutic body kneading for two administered simultaneously in one room.» See for yourself here: . We were fine when you informed us on the phone that you do not do couples massages, because you do not have the facilities to do so, and we booked back to back appointments instead. I was just informing others that you do not offer this service, despite the text in the Groupon. I understand that the Groupon pushed your availability out further. My gripe was the fact that you cancelled the appointments that you did schedule with us multiple times, not just once! I did not get my massage until March(after scheduling our first appointment in August of the previous year). My boyfriend did not fulfill his at all because of all the issues with the salon. He was no longer interested. But thanks for implying that we got our massages the day before I wrote that. I think everyone can now see what kind of customer service they will be receiving by reading your response to me, however. The only good thing that did come out of this was that the therapist I had when I finally received my massage was great. He informed me that he would be quitting a week after I had the massage due to all the issues with this salon. I will be following him to his new place of employment when I get my next massage.
