I give the building five star. The activities for patients five star. Patients have their own room with shower. There are a lot of activities for patients to do. They are also given opportunities to go outside. The whole facility is secured. the people at the front desk are nice.
But the nursing staff and psychiatrist I will give a one star. Grievance procedures one star.
I filed several complaints against two nurses who harassed my daughter. Who had other patients harass my daughter and then had security drag her, beat her up and stab her up with needles numerous times. And if you complain, that’s why no one complains. They will get you back. My daughter had black eyes, bruises on her body; she couldn’t move or talk do to what ever medication they gave her. They get away with it. They said oh w e had to restrain her. We filed complaints of retaliation. But nothing happen. That’s why people don’t say nothing.

The building is clean, and new. Staff were kind to me. Due to long term construction, parking is terrible and people often have to park on the lawn. Do not park in other parking lots or you will get ticketed.
I wish we could do away with psychiatric hospitals soon and have people supported by their choice location of recovery.
