Awful. Loud, unorganized, unprofessional, rude, and stupid employees who have no idea what they are doing. This is for ONLY The pharmacy, the rest of the store is your typical Walgreens.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this ratty ugly mess of a pharmacy. Go to Price Chopper instead.

Walgreens in Worcester is a bunch of c*nts they just told me it’s too early to fill my script so I call Walgreens in Shrewsbury they say yeah bring it right down. the fuk man? This is going to add 20 minutes to my trip. How can two different Walgreens have two different answers? like it’s retarded. count to 28. that’s all you have to do.

The quality at Walgreens has really deteriorated over the years. They were so customer friendly and easy to shop. Not anymore. It used to be that before when there were more than three people in line, the clerk would call additional backup. Walgreens has done away with this.
The sad part, is that it is as expensive as ever to shop here. The store is messy and they will be out of stock of the same product for weeks at a time. What a waste of my time. BEWARE OF THE PRICES NOT RINGING IN CORRECTLY!
Most of the Walgreens in the Worcester County area have this lack of service, so it may be due to poor management (district managers, etc)

The only thing this location has is better prices than the usual Walgreen’s that I go to (in Shrewsbury). It is at the bottom of Grafton Hill so if you’re scared of possible crazies then I would go before dark.
One thing: grab an ad before you shop. I found a lot of things that were for sale that weren’t marked on the shelves. Everything still rang in correctly, but it threw me off when I didn’t see the sale price on the items I was purchasing.
I don’t have much experience with the Pharmacy, but when I did walk by there I heard a customer make a comment that he had ordered a prescription to be ready 4 hours earlier than the current time. Ouch. I get my prescriptions filled at the Shrewsbury location and they are great.
Also, overall this store is pretty disorganized. It’s a bit sloppy and hard to find some things. The staff seem pretty stressed and possibly over worked. Come here for the cheaper prices, leave your expectations for everything else at the door.
