I always appreciate great customer service… and Tatnuck cleaners is where you can find that. I could count on my suits and clothes to always come out superb. Being the picky guy I am, they always meet my expectations. Most of all, they are priced well and does an excellent job. They definitely know what they are doing. You won’t be disappointed.

Run by hacks. Over the last two years these folks have ruined two custom made shirts and refused to stand behind their work. One was ripped and the other got oil stained while in their possession for laundering. I am out $ 245, the cost of the shirts plus the laundry fee. They had the nerve to not refund me for the lousy job they did. Today was he last straw. I came in with a shirt that they «laundered» but did a poor job pressing. I was told by the owner «We don’t guarantee our work. We don’t guarantee perfection.» I don’t look for perfection, only that they do the job right and make it right when it’s not. I asked her If you don’t guarantee your work, should I take it elsewhere?’ Her answer; «Yes». Now that’s customer service! You can risk your clothing and money with them, I won’t again.
