Keith, the store manager, is extremely helpful. He is very good at pointing you to the mattress that will fit you best at the best price. He went over and above the call of duty. Been shopping at Sleepy’s for years and this is just one more additional positive experience to add onto the list. My bed was delivered on time and look forward to the restful nights.

My wife and I went in and spent a couple hours looking for a mattress, the salesman was helpful even though he was handing another customer, I didn’t feel bad being there until 10 – 10:30pm as he made a sale After we found a mattress we liked we said we would come back as this is the first store we went to, then he started getting a little pushy about the time at night but he came up with solution both amicable, we did a deposit Well next day we found a better mattress at rotmans and not pushy sales man but we didn’t say we were leaving anyway we called customer service to cancel as I didn’t want to deal with the store but they had the store call me anyway and the guy said what mattress and they had price match(it was a mattress line they didn’t carry) So I didn’t receive email for cancellation even though I did when I made deposit, imagine that! Even customer service is unhelpful as they kept forwarding me to the local store after it had been cancelled but finally they made cancellation themselves It took almost 2 weeks to get my refund

I looked at over a dozen stores for a twin mattress for my mom. after finding them all too uncomfortable finally found one at sleepy’s. i bounced around and found it firm and couldn’t feel coils. unfortunately that was not the one I got. bait and switch.
