I have used Shepherd&Goldstein for the past 6 years for both my personal taxes and 2 corporate entities. I have never worked with another company that had a better grasp on customer service and professionalism.
It looks like an ex-​employee has an axe to grind, but I find it hard to take seriously given the interactions I’ve had with the staff.
Everyone I have dealt with over the years has been excellent and it’s rare in my experience that poorly treated employees perform their work with such dedication and responsiveness. I highly reccomend this firm to every fellow entrepreneur I interact with, and several have joined me as a client.
