Ugh. Went here last night and immediately regretted it. But we didn’t know how much to regret it until the next morning. FOODPOISONING! My daughter wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse for her birthday, but the wait was too long. So we decided to take the short walk to a nearly empty Ruby Tuesday’s. I can see now why this dump was empty. Our waitress took our order and served us drinks. Our food comes out relatively quickly. So far so good, right? Well my daughter’s corn dogs were ice cold. ICECOLD! Totally uncooked. Since she had never had a corn dog before she didn’t realize they aren’t supposed to be cold. As soon as I realized it, I looked for my server or any server for that matter. None came. After a while, I literally stood up and stared into the kitchen where the waitstaff are visibly gossiping with the cooks. No one comes, despite me standing in the middle of the dining room with a plate above my head. So I bring the ice cold food up directly to the kitchen. They apologize and bring us new heated corn dogs within 30 seconds. So obviously the corn dogs were simply microwaved. Lazy but it’s a Ruby Tuesdays so what do you expect? Right. At this point we have asked several folks to bring us silverware or napkins but nothing has arrived. In fact, there are no place settings any where on ant of the tables. So the manager came over to apologize about the cold food and we ask him. We finally get napkins and silverware more than halfway through service. It now takes 15 more minutes before we get refills on any drinks. My wife is complaining that the burger tastes bad, but at this point we just want to get out of this hell hole, so she soldiers on. Big mistake. Sometime early in the morning, the Ruby’s curse catches up with her. Yes, she has FOODPOISONING! Yay. Screw this place. I will never step foot inside that awful restaurant ever again.

My food was ok. The drink was alright. Service was eh. Probably just what you’d expect from a ruby Tuesday I suppose but I’ve been to others with better food. The restaurant was also freezing.

Ok let me start by saying Ruby Tuesday has been overpriced and in an identity crisis for years. Service and food was sub par for the price you paid, this is why I always avoided it. BUT this Saturday I stopped in for a lunch with my adorable wife on a whim. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Sure the service was eh, but thats everywhere these days. The food though was really good and hot! I had the Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwich and it was freakin awesome. The fries that came were thin and crisp, well done Ruby Tuesday. Have you turned a corner? I hope and time will tell. For now, you are on the list for a return visit.

Went to Worcester location after Westboro’s salad bar was broken. I opened the menu and saw pulled pork potato skins they sounded so good. When the waitres came over I pointed to them in the menu I asked for that minus the sour cream. The waitress said they were awesome. She brought me regular skins when I asked where the pulled pork she said they didn’t have pulled pork. So off she went to ask someone and I went and got the menu. The manager came over and apologized and got me the pulled pork ones and let me keep the plain chease. The waitres was very annoyed and never came back with my refill if soda. That was reflected in her tip!

After a minor(but annoying) miscommunication with a previous coupon, I received a $ 30 off«Be Our Guest» coupon from a thoughtful customer service representative and came back to give RT another chance. I ordered the Blackened Tilapia with green beans and spaghetti squash. Everything was delicious! The fish was cooked perfectly and the Cajun seasoning was phenomenal. The green beans were tender and my first experience with spaghetti squash was a positive one! The service was wonderful and the manager made a point to come over and profusely apologize for my previous service and ensure we were enjoying our current visit. It was definitely not necessary but I greatly appreciated the effort that they put into making up for the minor mistake. It was a bit hard to get in touch with the RT corporate customer service after my negative experience(seems like they are inundated with twitter and email feedback), but once I did I had nothing but positive interactions with staff(even received a personal call from who I believe was the NE regional customer service rep)! Would come back!

Disappointed today. Got the salad bar and mini turkey and cheese. When the food arrived it was a mini turkey burger. No where did it say that — suck.

Went here for lunch with my two kids and husband. My kids picked their meals($ 4.99 each) and the waitress asked if they wanted a side. They both chose grapes. When the bill came it had two sides of grapes at $ 3.49 each, plus the drinks are not included with the lunch. I questioned the waitress cause the kids menu shows the side under the lunches with NO prices. It appears as they are included but there not. Very deceiving, there’s no prices cause no one is going to pay $ 7.00 for some grapes. Our burger lunch was over $ 50. I was ripped off.

Food was good. Drink was good. Services, it was good, talking about the waitress we had of course. The only problem I’ll may had was when another waitress was cleaning the table that she had serve a couple, she called one of her fellow coworker across the restaurant and complain how the customer did something and didn’t put it back, I’ll understand he should, but she can walk up to her coworker and ask them to help instead she didnt. The baked ravioli I had was good. Definitely recommended it. Not sure about some of the services though

Actually emailed The Ruby Tuesday customer service department directly because I saw a trend with the service that people were receiving here. Sent the email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response… Way to take ownership of your locations.

Honestly I love the food but the staff is terrible in Worcester. I don’t understand how a restaurant can even be run by such unprofessional people. We were the only 3 people at the bar and we waited over 15 minutes for our drinks while the bartender walked around doing everything but making drinks. She disappeared to eat during the meal(which we overheard) so we had to wait extra long to order more drinks. She acted like we were an annoyance the whole time and was literally the worst server I’ve ever had.

This place was pretty good. Instead of bread they give u scones. They were stellar man. The lemonade was clearly not freshly squeezed or natural like my bitches at calypso. My rids were sweet but could use a little more tang. Out waiter was polite but he talked so damn quirky. I was the only one in my party who could here him. It was exceptable

Second Ruby Tuesday in two days– the wife had a salad craving and we came across this one by accident while taking a break during our drive. Everything except the art on the walls was freakishly similar to the one that we had eaten at yesterday. We had a blonde left handed waitress whose name began with a C for the second day in a row. It was like something out of the twilight zone. I expected to look at the date on my watch and see that we had traveled back in time by a day. The salad bar is still a reasonable alternative to the usual lunch stuff. My wife got hers wityh 3 vegetable sided and I got mine with chicken tortilla soup. Eventually we will have to try the rest of the menu, but it’s a good moderate priced restaurant when you want a salad and there aren’t any other options.

I think I’m only giving it 2 stars because my server at least tried but nothing could make up for the food. It was simply — nothing special, I could have had a better meal at the Wendy’s across the street. I understand that it’s a chain but it feels like they didn’t try: –The burger was barely assembled, I had to throw out half the bun because it was soggy — I cant even remember what my husband ordered other than the fact that he didn’t even finish his meal. Would honestly only ever return if I was starving and out of options.

We usually have good luck at RT’s. On the road this is usually our go to chain. We’ve been to the Worcester location a few times, and it operates below the standards of other stores. Too bad. On our last visit the food was late, sloppily prepared and overcooked. We also noted that the salad bar was a mess, no one was regularly refilling empty bowls or cleaning up. My biggest complaint was the hostess. One time we visited she was too busy texting, and the most recent visit found the same hostess MIA. When she did show it was chewing a mouthful of food. Sorry to interrupt your meal. We’ve had good waitresses. No complaints there.

With no better option available, we dined at Ruby Tuesday. While my dinner was perfectly fine, my companions were served moldy grapes, undercooked potatoes, and what appears to have been an improperly sauced chicken breast. While the waiter was polite enough when this issue was raised, the«new» plate brought from the kitchen smelled faintly of barbecue sauce. Even if it wasn’t the original chicken breast, it looked an awful lot like it. We will not be coming back.
